I have just realised the problem with mn on the mobile today is that I read the thread and miss the subtitles for Olga.

I can't believe how useless the midwife was at talking to Olga - not much attempt to slow down her speech or use simple words. And yet they say they have many women who dont speak English coming through the ward.

Don't think olgas MW is helping the communication problems much. Using technical language too much without trying to explain 'moderate to palpate' 'latent phase' etc
