Have started new thread, will be watching last night episode today and will report back.

Ok just watched this week's episode.
What a shame that the only kid left in the civilised world (well America) is a sociopathic serial killer in the making.

I mean insulting an innocent woman who's just lost her daughter? Taunting a zombie (I couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor thing) gleefully encouraging his father to shoot someone in the head? Nice.
I also found the way he touched his mother's stomach when he found out about the pregnancy seriously creepy. It was veeeery inappropriate IMO.

I hope realising that he's killed Dale will give him some kind of a wake up call but I doubt it, the way his mother spoils him shitless. Lori is a seriously crap mother.

Any child growing up in that kind of world would be a serious fruit and nutcase. Would be more weird if he was normal. I quite like what they're doing with his character, I hope they make him a total psycho. Would be an interesting contrast to his father's strict morality.

He's got serious mummy issues though. A few episodes back he was dismissing her to her face as 'just a housewife' then last week he was rubbing her tummy as soon as he found out she was pregnant.

I guess Lori's been acting as Shane's woman until Rick came back and then she was back to being Rick's woman. Not wonder her kid is so fucked up.

Loved that Carol told Lori where to go by the way. By acting all weak and 50s she's oissing off all the women. Classic.

And 'sorry, brother'. Wow.

Yes Daryl is awesome. if he ends up with Carol I will eat my own arms.

Considering they're executing any potential newcomers to the group he might not have much a choice...

they won't execute the women...they are only capable of scrubbing sheets after all

I recently saw an interview with Norman Reedus on YouTube and he said he plays Daryl as someone who has never had sex, or been intimate with another person. He also said he doesn't think Daryl will get a love interest any time soon. So it doesn't sound like he will be getting together with Carol, which I'm thankful about. I don't see them as a couple at all. The only thing I am worried about with Daryl's character is that I've noticed they are making him a bit similar to Sawyer in Lost in some ways. When he called Lori 'Olive Oil' a few episodes back that struck me as a proper Sawyer-ism!

I stopped watching Lost after a while ...bet Jack did a citizens arrest on her in the end.

Am already making plans to get the kids to bed then cook for us to eat in front of tv. Dh says he doesn't like eating infront of walking dead tho, the weirdo!

I usually have zombie-friendly snacks. Nothing meaty or raw...

Am thinking of watching the episode tonight at 8 just to annoy everyone else....

Got PIL here this weekend, so unless they take the kids (& DH!) out I won't be watching it until Monday I think, grr.
