1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Cherry brandy
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 Slice each of Kiwi, Pineapple and Lime
Muddle slices of lime, pineapple and kiwi with the cherry brandy and lime juice. Add vodka and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with slice of Kiwi.
English Bolo recipe
4 oz dry sherry
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Muddle a stick of cinnamon with lemon juice and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add sherry, stir, and serve.
Lemon Sherry Cocktail recipe
3 oz sherry
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 tsp honey
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice, and serve.
Cherry Fizz
2 oz cherry brandy
juice of 1/2 lemons
carbonated water
1 cherry
Shake juice of lemon and cherry brandy with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Top with the cherry and serve.
Cherry Sling
2 oz cherry brandy
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 twist lemon peel
Pour brandy and lemon juice into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
