I've always found that brownies are better the next day (if you can resist eating them hot from the oven).

So Aki screws up but continues on and will no doubt throw something Japanese in the mix next week because it would seem all she can do. Which is fine. But this is Masterchef and while Peter Bayliss may have won knowing only French cuisine the stink that arose when he won may mean they won't make the same mistake again.
