I am purely as parts of it was filmed on our road!
I remember seeing the filming location signs, although they were labelled as "Bound" at the time.
No idea about the programme itself - just spotting local sights :)

Are the flats' Park Hill or Hyde Park? I lived in Park Hill in the 70s'

I was wondering if people still live in those flats. The drug dealing' storyline can't do their image a lot of good.

Another good episode, and some women are more intriguing than others. The pregnant woman's storyline I like the best.. and also the wife who had her house repossessed and who's been proper pissed off with her man.

I'm enjoying this series. I can't place the actress who plays Frannie, seen her in something before. Her dh is planning a tryst next week...

I love Iain Glen.

Most of the characters are interesting. I dont recognise Frannie but the actor playing her Dad has been in loads.

I support clients who live in those flats. They are in Sharrow. I always go first thing in the morning to these clients because the stairwells have the most huge landings where you can't be seen and I worry about who might be lurking in them. They are being done up now though and are starting to look a bit better now than they look in the programme

Frannie has been in lots of things - google Polly Walker.

I was a bit at Fran and Paul running down that corridor (all smiley and care free) and to get in that room to do it. Very quck.

Oh - I love this series. Poor, poor Gemma!! Don't know why she hasn't got her GP to sign her off sick - so she can escape creepy Head (He is even more creepy in this than as Herrick in BH I think). The police have really dropped her in it.

An irrelevant point - but where does everyone sleep in Frannie's dads house?Doesn't look like a 4 bed to me and Frannie seems to have her own room - and the teens seem too chilled about their loss of money etc.

My teens were talking and I missed the bit about Lou and her tag. Is she tagged on bail or tagged for having the crack, so will avoid prison? Thanks

I think she's on bail as she seems convinced that she's going to prison. Perhaps the next series will be Prisoners' Husbands?!

Thank god for that - I was getting worried that Gemma wasn't going to ditch Steve! Great series, they definitely left it open for more I think. I'll try and find out from my friend who worked on it.

Yea, I really enjoyed it, sad that it's finished.

What happened to frannie's dad at the end? I'm at work and the missed the end. I saw him walk in while they were getting robbed and saw the money was still there.

Ooo it was brilliant. Sad it's finished though. Mind you, not sure I could take the stress!

He got beaten up, but not killed. She came back, checked for the money then saw him all bashed up.
