SW worked for me the first time (lost 3.5 stone). But i gained 1.5 stone and tried to do SW again, twice,and it didn't work. And it was only 2 years later

inchoccy not bitchy at all, most people look better when they lose a big amount of weight!

The new SW ExtraEasy is simples - really easy to follow and seems to work well.

My ishoo with SW that I actually eat - and have always eaten - extremely healthily, but just way too much of the stuff. Because SW has Free Food, even though they build in the safety net of proportions of superfree to free etc., I just eat way too many cals on it. I could readily put away 650 cals of pasta for a SW lunch, and on myfitnesspal.com (the thing that works for me now) that is over half the cal allowance for the day...

I bloody wish it did still work for me, I loved it, and found it so easy.

I lost weight with WW about 8 yrs ago but then put on weight with steroids and depo injection :( Got so used to craving food and eating too much food that I now weigh more than when I was pregnant :(

Need to do something as I hate the way my body looks.

I use myfitnesspal too - I still think SW works though. MFP just allows me to keep up with other people.

Choccy luvva don't despair. it's the New Year and everyone aroundyou is trying to lose weight and hates their body - so if nothing else you're in superb company and if you do take the plunge you'll have amazing support.
