I think you're all being a bit mean about Tulissa. She was chosen to be a judge so must have been thought to have been suitable. It's true she isn't in the same league as Kelly as a singer but neither was Cheryl Cole (but she was good on the show because her acts won). Surely what matters is if the mentor is good at training their acts and getting the best out of them?
