And good point, I don't see why Adam, or Ros getting blown up should stop them from reporting for duty. And we only think we saw Lucas fall. We never saw what happened? The Russians (or Chinese or whoever he was working for) could have had a giant blanket down there and caught him (like in a cartoon) and smuggled him away, and Harry just didn't notice cos he was so high up?

Oh please bring back Adam and Ros. I Felt SAFE in my bed when they were around. They can't really be dead.

Tom didn't die, no... What's your verdict - was Tom cute? At first I didn't like his character much (thought him a little bland) but really got to like him towards the end. Then I find myself thinking he was a bit cute too...

But Tom is now defending France's homeland security as one of The Three Musketeers.

I'm with you Abraid. Ros wouldn't be stuffing around with velcro rollers and pretty woman boots.

I can't really remember much of Tom. I missed a few early episodes (but recall with much horror the deep fat fryer, and the one where his girlfriend got locked in the bomb house). I don't think he was good looking. I like the pretty boys!

Ros would be the one with the high velocity rifle and a nice one-liner.

Why are there only five of them doing anything? There's a bomb in Trafalgar Square! And Swishy is the least convincing special agent I could imagine, all I could think was when does she get the time to buy nice tea towels?

I am still at the thought of all the ghosts coming back for a finale.

Yes, The Bloke and I commented years ago that, although the people come and go, there are still basically about seven people protecting the country from sundry baddies - although occasionally some speechless security-bots turn up to lend some extra muscle.

Maud, have you seen The 3 Musketeers and is it any good? Was planning on seeing it but the reviews are dreadful.

Well its Harry versus the whole of the CIA! Miss Zaf (just cos he was hot), Adam, Tom, Zoe, Danny, Ros, Malcolm, Colin and (now) Tariq. Sure there were others out there who deserve a mention.

In fact my DC were both named after the same as two spooks regulars.

I will be sad to see it go but its not as good as it used to be. Erin is rubbish and even Dimitri seems a bit soft. As for the script writers.... they deserve to be shot.

Agreed HalleLouja - I have always loved Spooks but I feel that this series isn't as well written or acted (2 things Spooks was always really good at) and I feel as if it is time for it to go?

you think they'd try and go out with something really stylish that we'd all remember rather than an episode of the Woodentops as Maud so beautifully observed.

Forgot Lucas and the unbelievable plot where he was shown as a murderer and all round bad guy. He was hot / a great addition to the team.

Twiggy - No, I haven't seen The Three Musketeers. We saw the trailer when we saw Johnny English Reborn. The Girl is keen to go but I thought it looked dire of insufficient dramatic value.
