I think the over 60 one could be good if they went about it in the right way. Over 60s probably don't want to be told that they should try to be young again, be there done that, life's too short to diet. It should be about embracing your age with fun and dignity, about appreciating the benefits of being old, not going back to all the shite of being 30.
