I want Edna to go, she really irritates me, as do Natasha and Helen.
I suspect the only men to potentially reach the final 4 will be Leon and Tom. I suspect Glenn will go, he was very lucky not to have lost the last task. I also think Jim is a condemned man, unless he pulls something spectacular out of the bag he's a goner. The minute he goes in the Boardroom he's gone unless someone else has done something so terrible that they're fired instead.
Leon should have gone in week 2 purely for that dithering but he does seem to have some potential. I find him very irritating though.
Tom deserves to stay in towards the end (plus he's hot so I want him to stay) BUT I think he may go soon if he's not in a winning team. I feel really sorry for him, he's shown himself to be astute but Felicity and Vince both ignored him to their detriment.
It looks like Tom and Jim are still together next week which is a shame, I think Surralan should re-mix the teams - I think some of the stronger candidates in Logic are being let down and some of the weaker candidates in Venture are riding on the success of others.
I think Susie and Melody may well be in the final 4 but it's a tough call this year, no-one's majorly stood out compared with the last series where Stella, Liz, Jamie etc all shone. And the year before with Kate and Yasmina who stood out early on.
