Oh that episode was bloody fantastic. I'm going to have to watch it again this evening, or maybe on iplayer right now just because it was so good. Idris was perfect, and Gaimen is a god. Please, please please let him be persuaded to write another one.

I loved every second of last night's episode. DP wasn't keen as he said he thought it was extraneous to the story, and he preferred the pirate one as it had eyepatch lady in! Maybe he was winding me up though

Yeah the flesh people do look pretty scary, is it just me or does Dr. Who keep getting scarier and scarier, I don't think that daleks and cybermen are nearly as scary as weeping angels, silents, and possibly creepy flesh people!

Just had it pointed out to me that Amy's nails and the Doctor's bow-tie alternate from blue to red, just like the positive/negative pregnancy test. Interesting...

And Moffat has now made explicit that Timelords can regenerate into different genders -The Corsair was 'herself a couple of times'. Well, that opens up the casting when Matt Smith hangs up his sonic screwdriver.

Iam - the Doctor's bow tie is red if they are in an episode set in the future, and blue if they are in the past, I think. Or is it the other way around?

Torchwood 4 is rumoured to be airing in July, so that will fill the gap nicely....

Because- he still has his TARDIS (when meeting River) and she can actually go wherever she wants anyway as the TARDIS...

what if she has a bit of tardis in her, somehow? and she can escape from priz whene'er she wishes.

The prison that she escapes from. Could that actually be more of a ...mental prison rather than actually be a human behind bars. So in the tardis case being a policebox unable to communijcate fully rather than being human is her prison.
