Do we have any Angel fans on MN?

I was just thinking to myself that it's been a while since I last watched my Angel dvds,then realised that it's almost,a week to go,two years since Andy Hallett aka Lorne,died.

So I'm going to have an Angel Marathon next week,in memory of him.Lorne was always my favourite character.

I'd love to hear from other Angel fans. I'm sure there's a few of us out there. Who were your favourite characters,favourite villains,What were your favourite quotes and episodes etc?

No I love it too,in spite of Connor.

The episode where they became teenagers again,or thought they were,was particuarly good,but I enjoyed just about all of series four.

Oh my God I LOVED Angel, although I did prefer Buffy. Angel went all weird and I lost interest in the end. Had a serious crush on Angel for most of Buffy but strangely enough I don't really fancy him in Bones. He's great though, fantastic comic timing.

I always quite liked that lawyer, I think he had some sort of girl's name who was evil but then ended up working with Angel. [memory clearly not what it used to be emoticon].

I also loved the episode when he's having a snogging fest /heart to heart with Cordy:
Angel [in quiet, broody voice] "I have to find this beast"
Cue enormous monster crashes through the front door
Angel: "Oh, there it is!"

Does anyone else think DB would have made a great Edward Cullen if Twilight had been made back during the Buffy era?

Someone mentioned Firefly - now there was a seriously good show. I can't believe they pulled the plug on it! LOVE Nathan Fillion!

Ah Lindsey, that was it. I liked him! I liked the episode where he is in some strange suburban perfect existence but then gets his heart cut out every night.

Plus he was not at all hard on the eyes....
