Have they got new writers or summat - the characters have seemed a bit all over the place (what was all that shit with Nicky's depression?), and the lack of Science is pissing me right off.

I liked boring Silent Witness. Bit of a mystery, few old bones, lots of furrowed brows.

The first 2 of this series fit that, but the last couple have been very different.

And sorry, but i laughed when the wpc told the pc he would be o.k (when he had been bleeding to death whilst everyone debated whose country he had been shot in)

Dh loves Spooks but I find all that lurking about in alley ways and looking shifty tiresome after a while. I too like a nice peeled back bonce, a sexist copper and hopefully a few flies to identify. Luverly stuff

I'm a bit puzzled about the amount of detecting they do. Do pathologists normally do that?, - I thought they just did the cutting up of bodies and finding the cause of death.
