did anyone see it?
if so......
when the accident happened, why did the 3 people stand there and do nothing?
Kate and Declan were AKA the six million doller man, running between Ringo and Steph
yet they did nothing

yes
but they always do that
look at Tash, she is slowly getting nice, Andrew now loves his Dad and wants Rebecca to stay.
yet Declan has turned in to a horror

I don't understand Donna's reaction re Steph/Kate. Personally, I'd have decked the drunk driver and hugged the odious whinge bag.

you're right chickens... its like all the stages of grieving in one episode. Tomorrow, she'll be over him and marrying Zeke

because 'Stiph' has 'post natal depression', which automatically makes her not guilty!

I must admit, I don't remember my depression making me ride like a loon around the neighbourhood on a bike, after drinking heavily the night before...

I think donna is cross because ringo valued saving her life over saving his life with her iyswim

Report
anonacfr · 23/11/2010 18:05

Yes but surely she should be more cross at Steph riding her bike like a nutter and actually killing him?
Funny how Libby is now back to being Stef's best friend.

I'm waiting for Toadie's squeeze to completely lose the plot and go on a mad chainsawing spree for always being put second to Steph.

Report
ivykaty44 · 23/11/2010 21:33

no because it was ringo's actions of saving soemone and that was kate and it is kates fault as if she hadn't been in the way - then ringo could have saved himself instead and would still be alive

there is no sense to grief and anger

Report
Lydwatt · 23/11/2010 22:11

...or any sense in a neighbours plot....

I thought Kate might marry Zeke....,

also dont agree why donna is furious with kate and completly ok with steph Confused

Up until the outburst it seemed the only person actually acting upset was kate. Karl, susan and Libby looked liked they didnt give one, considering he lived with them,

Any WHY does everyone on RS run around after 'Stephie' so much - its sooooo annoying.

Even more mysteriously, why does everyone pretend Steph is 30 Shock

Report
anonacfr · 24/11/2010 16:08

Really? I'd never heard anyone mention her age before.

Why is Andrew cross with Summer? She doesn't have anything to do with the accident does she.

Has Declan completely forgotten about his own dead teenage bride? Wouldn't he be the only one who would understand? He doesn't seem that bothered by the whole thing! (although with the whole head exchange thing, he probably HAS forgotten!)

Also, didn't Steph do a botched job on the service that killed Bridget? Do you think she's a secret serial killer? Slowly killing newly married people one by one?

ChickensHaveNoMercyForTurkeys · 24/11/2010 19:08

Someone definitely referred to Steph as being 31 the other week. I nearly choked on my tea. If she's 31 I'm 14.

Noeyedear, I'd totally forgotten about that too. Great the see the writers actually remembering their own storylines.... Grin

...and Zeke has lost both parents yet seems completely puzzled by Donna's 'stages' of grief. I seemed to remember that he stopped talking for a while.

Not to mention kate's mum killed in a road accident.

Or Libby's first husband and the horse incident

bit of a worrying trend really!

Report
anonacfr · 24/11/2010 19:41

Actually there was a moment when Donna and Libby looked at each other in a 'knowing' tearful fashion.
Susan also lost her husband (Zeke's dad).

maybe because there are so many 'accidents' on Ramsay Street that the residents have just become desensitised to it?

that must be it...the shorter average life span must be something they just expect. Hmm.

Don't forget Toadies wife Dee, who died (or did she ??) on their wedding day. Just remembered Carmella's husband he died as well. Crumbs that street should be investigated!!
