See the thing with Katie is that if she is having a breakdown/ishoos and is shaving off her hair then surely they should remove her from the show (like that Mercy lady Shirlena).

If that is NOT the case and they simply wanted to give her a new look then it smacks of desperation and only corroborates what Dannii said about the public not warming to her constant 'this is simply meeeeeee' when it is always something different.

Oooo and what about pouty Cheryl with VVVagner? I too felt sorry for him and cant bear her exclusivity with Simon

I thought Cheryl was really out of order going after Wagner like that. I mean, fair enough she thinks he said something about her to the press but she should know what the press are like by now!!?

To take him apart on live TV was vicious and made her look like a total bitch.

Thought Wagner made her look really small - suspect there is a plan to oust him tho this week - Katie getting lots of time to talk about how she is misunderstood; Wagner being belittled by Cheryl; Simon saying KT genuine, others not....

I have become a real dannii fan this yea Cheryl to me seems dull in comparison, and am i imagining it or does she keep copying what dannii says?!

What on earth was Dannii up to though? She always makes such a big thing of judging "on the performance", and yet she just made some reference to newspaper allegations about Wagner's ex-wife, or something?...

Nooo- there has been a theme to Wagner's 'performances' - a relationship with one of the backing dancers, woven into the dancing.

I have always loved Dannii! I've not watched the X Factor before apart from this year and i am finding Cheryl really annoying.

Not that it will make any difference, I think Rebecca will get a recording contract no matter what and deservedly. Matt too, possibly and even Five Erections I think they are very marketable and will sell well too.

Katie. I am starting to feel a bit sorry for her but it never lasts long when you see yet another VT about how 'she can't get her head around it' why she is unpopular.

Errr, probably that ridiculous self promotion from day 1 'I juss wannna be a staaaaaar, a legend and icon....' and was probably planted by Cowell into the X Factor. Reeks of desperation which is as there is talent there but perhaps better suited to acting/West End.

Deffo a wig IMO, very odd colour and texture looked like she'd unzipped a cheap brown fur cushion cover and stuck it on her head.

I have always found cheryl dull! Dislike the relationship with Simon (sorry chezza fans) and of course orange!

Liked danni last year, didnt watch when was Sharon, loved the piers interview with danni and loving her personality and style this year. Seems to be a glowing mummy!!

I hate how fixed it is this year. I mean, it is always fixed, but not this blatant. There is no way Aidan should have gone last week, intentionally going to deadlock so it looked more realistic was just shit.

Obv still watching.

UQD- i think Danni was making a reference to the 'themes' in Wangers performances- he had a 'vegas' wedding look when he did Elvis, then one song he looked like he was at the reception, and she joked that his next performance would be the divorce. or something. Not explaining it very well, but Dannii was commenting on his performance, and not his personal life, iyswim.

i hate the way this year has so blatantly become the 'Cheryl Show', she is coming across as a very sulky, spoilt sort of person. I suspect she is used to getting her own way a lot.

I was disappointed in Rebecca, thought Mary's choice was lazy and obvious, and really hope Paije stays in- vocally he was by far the best.

I may even skip the results show and do the ironing tonight

I know I keep on about this, but if Cher stays in she has got to to Neneh Cherry's "Manchild" at some point. It was just made for her. Especially the bit about "sell your soul for a tacky song like the ones you hear on the radio"! I can just see her doing the gestures and the "I believe in miracles, words in heavy DO-SES" bit at the end.

I remember Neneh performing man-child whilst heavily pregnant. Or was that Buffalo stance?
