So glad I wasn't the only one then! Its all my shocking bad times coming together in one place. comedy genius! Funny can be clean!

Altaira · 15/11/2010 21:05

Is it on again?

I watched the last series and found the sitcom a bit dull but the actress Miranda really watchable and funny.
May giv eit another go Smile

DramaInPyjamas · 15/11/2010 21:05

I thought the same when the first series started.. But I loved it!

Sky+ing the new one.. hoping it's as good!

Hulababy · 15/11/2010 21:05

I have just cried with laughter throughout - fantastic.

poolet · 15/11/2010 21:35

I love Miranda Smile

Thanks for reminding me about the new series, I'll watch it on iplayer.

TigerseyeMum · 15/11/2010 21:44

I loved her rant about 'the perfect woman' that she will one day be Grin especially the bits of you that wobble seperately from the main parts of you.

ConstanceFelicity · 16/11/2010 09:18

I'm so glad there were others that enjoyed it. The canned laughter is annoying but there's something so funny about it, it really appeals to my silly side! When her mother was pretending to be Polish and has forgot the polish...

independiente · 16/11/2010 13:55

It is totally feel-good comedy - and Miranda herself is brilliantly endearing. Love it.

BikeRunSki · 16/11/2010 13:58

I love it. Had previously only seen one episode - but bizzarely, 3 times. I think Miranda is actually about 80% me!

reikizen · 16/11/2010 14:01

I love it too. I was actually crying with laughter at the bit where she farted after curtsying Grin. I just think she is so appealing and I absolutely love it when people fall over so it works for me.

jonicomelately · 16/11/2010 14:02

I adore Miranda. Even DP thinks she's bloody hilarious!

Portofino · 16/11/2010 22:33

I just lust after Gary!

pinkteddy · 16/11/2010 22:56

Brilliant - funniest thing I've seen in ages.
'I will become one of those women who wear skirts and have fruit bowls that don't contain three-week-old rotting pears because - they actually eat the fruit!'

ppeatfruit · 17/11/2010 08:30

Yeah pink that was my fave line too hilarious!

thegirlwiththemouseyhair · 17/11/2010 12:33

Also cried with laughter throughout.
Not just cried - you know that laughter that gets stuck in your throat and you can't breathe and you can't laugh? I was like that for the duration.
Personally I'm amazed I'm still alive Grin
