Double eviction tonight on X Factor

This week and next week apparently. I really am hoping that Katie will go. I am just not taking to her or her reported behaviour at all.

Thinking about it though, they only had 2 options:

FORCE Cheryl to vote, and let her send it to deadlock

Accept Majority vote.

They couldn't allow Cheryl not to vote, then allow it to go to the phones, because then there could have been a 2-2 vote which would force Cheryl to vote again.

Yes but Cheryl said when she refused to vote to Dermot to come back to her and she'd send it to deadlock. He then didn't come back to her. It's all showmanship. They know who's going way before the results come in. Cheryl's face looked like a slapped arse when Wagner got through when there was still a chance that her acts could have got through.

Am I reading that right? I've posted before and then got the point about 10 minutes later!

I know! I can't believe I'm so annoyed about it either! I don't even watch bloody X factor normally- this is the first year I've bothered watching from the beginning- Don't think I'll bother next year if it's such blatant bullsh@T!

Same maryz. I knew it was rigged, it's just so false this year. At lewast we could watch it and pretend it's funny and we;re clever for working it out that it's rigged. But any idiot can see it's rigged now!!!

I agree maryz its so totally rigged, but its getting ridiculous now. It really grates me the way the judges move the goalposts to suit themselves when voting. On previous weeks they have based their decision on the 'performance they have just seen'. If any of them had applied that logic tonight then Katie would have got 4 votes to go home because Treyc sang her socks off.

Unfortunately they are keeping in those who make the headlines and cause the most controversy because its giving the show publicity, so unfortunately for the viewing public it means Katie stays whether we like it or not.

unless we don't vote for the really good ones - e.g. freaky aiden, or one direction.... Now wouldn't that be a good sing off?

I agree with the cop out theory but it has certainly backfired in that Cheryl now does look incredibly bad, and everyone is talking about it. She may as well have bitten the bullet and voted Treyc out as she clearly wanted to do, but didn't want to be seen doing.

Just gone back through my Sky recording with the subtitles on, and this is the Dermot/Cheryl conversation word for word:

C: I'm not.. er [breaks off] You're both very talented... [compliments both contestants] I'm not sending either of them home, Dermot.

D:You're refusing to, yeah?

C: I'm refusing. Point blank.

D: This is part of the role.

C: I don't have to send anybody home. Well, ask these two then and I'll take it to deadlock.

D: OK. Erm, we're going to move it on, erm, we're gonna do a majority vote, OK? So Dannii, coming to you now.

Totally rigged. I've known it but I've never seen it so blatant.

If Katie doesn't go next weekend then I'm afraid I am switching to the Dancing.

Re Wagner - I think the point is now that we're all so annoyed at what's going on in X Factor that we're wanting Wagner to stay - purely to piss off Mr Cowell and Cheryl.

Bloody hell! What the fuck was that? How come X Factor Australia had the exact same situation happen tonight with two of Guy's acts in bottom 2, he gets asked second, refuses to vote so the host asks the other 2 judges and then goes to deadlock.

So if we can do it Down Under, they can play it right up there.

OOOOOFT! So the bosses didnt want Katie to leave, so made sure Cheryl was put into a difficult position so she wouldnt vote at all. Lovely.
