Cheryl refused to vote, and said that if they made her, she would just go to deadlock. Producers obviously told Dermott to let her abstain, and go with majority vote. 3 voters, no way it could go to deadlock.

If a judge has two acts in the bottom two, don't they usually vote last? I'm sure that's what's happened before.
