I love True Blood but I really, really don't like Bill.
He's so boring. How can anyone fancy him? You must be mental.

Eric is sexy, true but I actually quite fancy Sam.

Sam was my first crush of the show. I'm a bit over his storyline at the moment. I thought he was sweet with Tara last season.

And Bill indeed suffers from the Edward-Cullen-boring-'noble' vampire syndrome.

How can you all fancy a greying collie in human form?

Don't fancy Bill for his personality, more his excellent brooding/chemistry with Sookie in first few eps.

To be fair, the level of hotness across the majority of the male characters in the show is fairly high. Although I haven't seen season 3 yet, I have seen a picture of the guy who plays Alcide and although I am definitely an Eric fan, he also looks pretty damn good.

Yes to Jason too. He's gorgeous to look at and I think his character is developing brilliantly and he seems to be growing up a bit.

Bill kinda brings down the hotness rate for me. He's just looking more and more haggard and green/grey. He just seems to be running around shouting Sooookkkehhhhh desparately (which dh loves to mimic at me )

Totally addicted here. Love the fact that pretty much every character in this is strong, the casting is second to none.

Leonie bear a thought for us Brits who cringe every time and US series has a "English" character...they fall into to categories Mockney Cockney and cut glass english - neither of which are particularly thick on the ground here!

Oooh, my friend bought me the first book a month ago and I was a bit . Now totally addicted and had to order the box set. Not seen any of the tv shows yet though - am saving myself til I've read a few more books!

Hoyt is so sweet! I think he and Jessica are such a cute couple. He's quite attractive now that he's more assertive and standing up to his crazy mother.
Can someone spoiler tag and tell me what happens to Lafayette in the books? I read a comment somewhere saying his character was completely different in the series. I love Lafayette!
