Photos of your tattoos?

I absolutely love tattoos, although currently have none myself. I’m absolutely fascinated by others choices and the reasoning for those.
I’m very tempted to get a very small tattoo near a scar (lower abdomen) that symbolises that I’m very lucky to be alive.

Original koi was done 11 years ago after DD was born. Second added after DS, last year, but the colour wasn't finished as I fell pregnant right before I was supposed to sit. I now have DS2 and really should have a third koi but of all mine this has been by far the most painful. Will have to see after lockdown!

I didn’t really realise that they could be so colourful! A friend of mine has pastel ones which are very pretty - country flowers and ferns. I tend to like little silhouettes as well - I think the stars on somebody’s foot (sorry, I can’t remember your name!) are lovely.

Do any of you have white ink tattoos? I know a friend with one and I’m not massively keen on it - it just looks like an odd scar to me, is that normal?

Mn won't let my photos upload but I have a few white ink tattoos between my colour ones. I've got traditional americana/sailor tattoos and I like having a few little white ones dotted through my sleeves. I don't think they look like scars though, I'm very pale so they blend in well and in the right light they're really noticeable, some people asked why I bothered but I see them and that's all that matters! I have a friend with lovely olive skin who has a white lotus on her upper back and a white inner boob tattoo, they look lovely on her skin tone. Some liken white tattoos to scarification though.

DH is covered and doesn't have any white tattoos but has a sillouette of one of my white ones.

.ine is a memorial to my 20 year old cat who died recently. I got it on my wrist top side so I would always be reminded of her. She was .y soul mate.

2 of mine , others have kids names on . I can’t wait to get something colourful once I’ve stopped breastfeeding
