Photos of your tattoos?

I absolutely love tattoos, although currently have none myself. I’m absolutely fascinated by others choices and the reasoning for those.
I’m very tempted to get a very small tattoo near a scar (lower abdomen) that symbolises that I’m very lucky to be alive.

@dustarr73 Thank you! I had it done at The Circle in London. Delighted with it. (The only thing is change is the size of my thighs!).

Here's a cover up piece I had done when my mam died, it also has the names of my twin sister and my other 3 siblings who have passed away. Initially it was completed but I decided to have additional work done and it now includes the name of my first true love who was killed by a drunk driver and also the Manchester Bee with a honeycomb with a chamber for each of the innocent victims who lost their lives.

@ThisIsMyID, ive just spotted yours! Its incredible! I wouldnt even know what to begin asking for to get something in that style.

@WeCameToDance I just saw the artist on Instagram. He's called Mike Boyd. He mainly does cubist stuff - I guess because of demand? But I'd seen amazing work of his that mixed both cubist and realist so I asked him to do me something along those lines. Et voila!

Here are mine, the owl still needs colour but I've been pregnant or breastfeeding for the past 4 years so still haven't had chance.

Here's my take on an Aztec piece for men. The tattoo artist did it in dot work...

This is the beginning of a new piece I'm having done and involves covering part of my very first tattoo I had done when I was 14, This is the progress up to now, I'll be adding a Koi to this in a couple of weeks time.

My last inking session from yesterday is an ongoing piece, I was only going to get the scar covered then decided "Fuck It" I want to take it right up to the hip.

Wow @Amaranthe - how long did it take? Looks fabulous.

@ ThisIsMyID If I include all the additional work that I requested to fully disguise all of the scars and yesterdays 3 1/2 hour session it's taken approximately 20 hours so far.
Once the scar was covered I hated seeing all the clean flesh and decided to keep building it up.

The people earlier on saying about their Mum thinking it's common.

I finally took the leap at 40 and am so pleased I have.

This was done in May and it is a memorial to the 22 victims of, and a physical representation of the change in me since I was caught up in, the Manchester Arena attack.
