They are the only ones I have found to wear on my Wedding Day.

They are in America, so will cost altogether (shipping + tax inc) £140. My dress cost £30

I am a size 5/6, so do I go for an American size 8? Are American shoes known for coming up big/small?

Do I risk it and bank on Ebay if they're not right?

They look perfect

[Did orignally put a similar thread in chat a moment ago, but hoping it will be ignorned now I've remember the S&B section ]

Congrats Batty, and beautiful shoes, but at the price.

Did you check out Faith? They've got some lovely ones in here

wubblybubbly · 30/04/2010 23:19

Batty, does this work www.topweddingsites.co.uk/shopping/product.php?p=164322&c=006522

Monty100 · 30/04/2010 23:19

Batty - they look like the new 'nude' colour, which is actually pink!

BattyKoda · 30/04/2010 23:22

No wubblybubbly - directs to US website, thank you though! Faith - none that have juped out at me.

Monty - do you mean the original ones or the others I linked to? The original ones are 'Ivory White'

Monty100 · 30/04/2010 23:38

Monty100 · 30/04/2010 23:40

Batty - the Kurt Geiger 'nude' shoes look pink to me.

Can you see those bhs shoes on that link??

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:43

Nine West?

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:45

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:46

Monty100 · 30/04/2010 23:46

bhs sandals

Yes, I know.........

Monty100 · 30/04/2010 23:48

Those 'strappy' shoes are quite nice Knotty.

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:53

Faith

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:54

I'm assuming we're looking for sandals rather than shoes?

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:56

Maybe too flowery and high

wubblybubbly · 30/04/2010 23:56

Wow, there's some fugly wedding shoes out there, but would you really wear www.beretun.co.uk/images/shoes/flutter450h.jpg with those feet????

Sorry Batty, I know this doesn't help

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:57

shoes but 'on trend'

Gah, don't believe I typed that!

KnottyLocks · 30/04/2010 23:58

Lummy, those are some serious trotters.

Monty100 · 01/05/2010 00:01

Yy, Wubbly it's the feet (the trotters lol) rather than the shoes imo .

wubblybubbly · 01/05/2010 00:04

lol, the shoes are rather pretty, it's definitely the trotters!

Monty100 · 01/05/2010 00:09

lolol, this is NOT finding shoes for Batty tho. I'll be posting pics of fugly feet in a mo .

Any more ideas??

There must be a pair in John Lewis or somewhere. Their website is a bit crappy tho.

lucykate · 01/05/2010 00:16

i agree with verity, the shoes are gorgeous, i think you should just go for it. none of the others linked to here are quite in the same league.

am sure you'd wear them again, would look great with a pair of skinny jeans.

wubblybubbly · 01/05/2010 00:20

There's these from House of Fraser, but totally different to the ones you were originally looking at. Not too sure about the rhinestones tho!

KnottyLocks · 01/05/2010 00:31

Batty, have you had a look

here?

Not the same as your much desired ones, but you may find something you like.

I give in tonight. Some shocking shoes out there. I'll have another look tomorrow.
