Anyone got it?

Was delivered today - and I haven't got a clue how to put it on!

It makes no sense whatsoever, whichever way I try to wear it.

And I can't return it because I had to wash it before I'd even tried it on because my stupid dog weed on it.

Disaster.

Help!

No, am determined to make something of it.

It's a challenge.

I'm not giving up.

Can't get a picture up as seems everyone is looking at this dress!

Is it the silk one with birds on it?

AitchTwoZone · 15/04/2010 14:09

yes the pattern is lovely, it's the ghost of an old lady's dress attached to the front that's the problem.

AitchTwoZone · 15/04/2010 14:10

hahahahaha you've crashed their site, bobbie.

bobbiewickham · 15/04/2010 14:13

Yes, that's the one!

Ghost of an old lady's dress - lol!

When you hang it up it looks like two dresses mating.

did you work it out bobble?

ZZMum · 20/04/2010 13:54

I saw the dress in real life this week and 2 of the holes are on the cowl collar - does that makes sense sorry if already mentioned

this has been comfortingly hilarious to read.....I too own the beautiful but very expensive dress, I tried it on very quickly in the shop and made the rash decision to buy it and work out how to wear it when I got home...... 4 weeks later after it was by now too late to take back..... i too cannot quite fathom how to wear it and make it look good!......

I think the extra arm holes/material are suppose to just hang down at the front like in the picture online.... but i do agree with your comments earlier that it looks a bit pants.....

I've decided to wear it the following way, which although not perfect and probably not designed to be worn that that, this is how I will try!....

hold the dress up and let the extra top arm holes/fabric hang inside the dress so that it goes inside out.... then line up both the excess arm holes with the two existing ones.... now put the dress over your head and feed both your arms through the doubled up arms... if you wish you can do up one of the buttons behind you at the back and pull out the excess fabric from your chest to create a cowl type neckline?!.....

hope this makes some sense....good luck!
