How often do you wash your hair?

I was at the hairdressers today, as my colour was fading again.

She asked me how often I wash my hair and I said every other day and she said that's why my colour fades so quickly, and that she only washes her hair once a week

Her hair always looks fab though, whereas mine always looks greays and awful by the 3rd day. I won't leave the house at that point!

No, I don't think so...

The only time I haven't been able to leave it 2 weeks or even sometimes a week(then I'd Batiste it)was when I had the Mirena. That just made my hair like crap!

every day or every other day. it's the only way I can keep my fringe looking ok. If anyone has some fringe tips I'd be grateful as I hate having to wash it every day.

oh - dry shampoo. Horrid.

Why don't you just wash your fringe and leave the rest?

every 3 -4 days. I have v thick long hair, it doesn't really get greasy until after 4 days. If I'm going somewhere I've been known just to wash and straighten my fringe, saves heaps of time and energy!

{usually worn loose on day 1 and 2 and casually tied back with fringe down for 3rd day. Somehow it feels better that way}

This morning I washed my hair. I realised just how much shampoo I've used over the last 5.6 years! I bought 2 large bottles of Tresemmé back in September 2004. It was buy one get one free and as they'd run out of conditioner, I got two bottles of shampoo. I remember it acurately because I was having acupuncture and it was a month before I met Dd's father.
I'm just coming to the end of the second bottle. I shampoo twice and then condition. Great value eh?!
