Tracey Cox, sex expert on This Morning yesterday said we should all be sleeping nude. I've just bought this Is it too much?

PJs - usually Primark bottoms with a big t-shirt top. I can't stand sleeping naked. The least I'll wear in the summer is a vest and knickers

CantSupinate · 18/01/2010 18:19

I don't know why I need so many layers to get warm in bed, I just do. I just seem to get very cold when I'm sleepy. Does anyone else shiver when they are very sleepy or tired, even if it's warm outside? I usually do. I'm about 10 stone at 5'8", so slim but not underweight.

I've worn leggings under jeans in the last few cold weeks. I think there's something wonky with my internal temperature control, too, but I expect nothing can be done about it.

AnyFucker · 18/01/2010 18:56

aww, you poor thing, CS

I feel the cold too, but not to your extent

err, and why can you not supinate ?

are your arms stuck ?

Bella32 · 18/01/2010 19:05

Flannel PJs in an unheated bedroom.

Cannot bear hot bedrooms - makes me feel very ill.

CantSupinate · 18/01/2010 19:13

I had a broken arm, now out of cast 2 weeks ago, but wrist isn't turning properly -- I can't hold out right arm with palm up, iyswim.

GP just rang to say that he'll refer me for physio-consult. My estimation of GP has gone up! Supinate is such a great word, how could I not use it as part of new name? (I was posting as "BrokenArm" before).

AnyFucker · 18/01/2010 19:18

yes, I know what supinate means

I am a physio

can you pronate it ok ?

CantSupinate · 18/01/2010 19:20

OOh! That's a nice coincidence.
No, can't quite pronate fully, either, but am closer to full pronation than full supination (did I just make those words up)?

AnyFucker · 18/01/2010 19:22

spot on

how did you break your arm ?

after a few shandies ?

CantSupinate · 18/01/2010 19:25

If only, sigh. Fell off bicycle (which is fine, have fallen off bikes many times and had nothing worse than a few bruises and road rash) -- but this time arm collided with kerb, and that wasn't so good.

2009 was not a good year for my health!

Nice chatting with you -- must go get tempermental monsters adorable offspring to bed.

Beasknees · 18/01/2010 19:27

a smile

Wear nothing in bed at home, unless I am ill and feeling cold/shivery. If elsewhere, wear PJs.

I wear PJs in the evenings downstairs.
