vitalumiere-WHY DID NO+ONE TELL ME BEFORE????

Well, I suspect I had read it on some threads
I thought I knew better, had my mac foundation, felt on trend blah blah blah
(Had noticed skin looking drier however when put said foundation on)
Sample of vitalumiere in fash mag
Tried this morning, had bought my first pack by 130pm
It is so so so so good
Lovely colour, great coverage, and my skin feels and looks dewy
I am deliriously happy
(am going to keep my new visage a secret from my RL friends so I look dewier and younger than them-does that make me a bad bad person?)

I went into Space NK with £40 worth of vouchers that I asked for for Christmas. God knows why I did. I like make up as much as the next person but I felt totallly out of my depth in there.

help

I look clammy faced in it. Used to like it but realise I was just carried away on the crest of an MN wave.

Give me Dior any day.

Roland - don't mock Terry & June. Is blardy good stuff.

It is a stupid bloody name for make up though I agree.

Terry and June but I promise is great! The purple pen of fabness is worth trying! The girls in SpaceNK are lovely too.
I just can't afford to go there at the mo.

Cyb - honest, give it a go. You can treat yourself to some nice cream or something, or if you are into candle poncery you can buy those diptique things.

The girls in there are a lot nicer than Debenham's / House of Fraser harridans.

Vitalumiere is a must for me. I use the liquid one. I have combination skin and it looks good on oily bit and dry bits alike. It's the tops!

Purple pen of fabness is a big fat pen a bit like touche eclat, but foundation. It is also fab because you can put it on in the car without looking, and it does not spill. it is made by By Terry. (or Terry and June if you prefer [grn], which I do now!

Fucking Terry and June. She has ruined it for me now.

Report
NomDePlume · 14/01/2010 17:06

Is it this?

Report
skybluewinking · 14/01/2010 17:07

No, not ruined, it's made me laugh, which is great when you are stuck in bed. (actually am quite enjoying it, don't tell DH)Even better now that my neighbour has brought me 3 books!
Want to be that I will bloody ASK for Terry and June now though!

I'll have to check the shade, might be passing big Boots later..
What do you want for it? Would you consider a swap?
Also, how old is it?

I've had the YSL version of the purple pen of fabness; it was good but too much always came splurging out. Does the PPOF have same issue?

bibbitybobbitysantahat · 14/01/2010 17:18

Its very new - couple of months at most. Its the second lightest shade. Its completely unopened. Make me an offer?

Report
LaurieFairyCake · 14/01/2010 17:19

Beware of the 'cheaper than you thought' thought - it's only 17.5ml in that foundation purple pen.

About 3 weeks worth? for £39.

I found my Vitalumiere cream lasted 6 months - think it's 50ml? but thats because it's thick.
