Get thee to a M and S, try them for yourself.

Mine arrived day before yesterday. They're quite big, I've kept them, worn them and spilt spaghetti hoops down them but actually I think maybe I should have gone for a 10.

They are fantastic though. My bum does indeed look tiny, and they are up by by waist so no muffin top/pulling them up. Brilliant.

OK, I am prepared to give them a go!
I am a size 10 with a smallish waist. Some size 10's are slightly large on my waist.
Will I need a 10 or a 8?
(I cant normally fit into an 8, but sounds like these are coming up big!)

flowerybeanbag · 22/01/2009 19:34

Definitely an 8. I'm wishing I'd got a 10.

Docbunches · 23/01/2009 11:36

I agree with the OP, I have a black pair, bought instore, and am wearing them now. My usul problem is that I am between sizes 12/14 so I have to get a 14 otherwise the waist is too tight. But these fit really well (usually size 14s are a bit baggy round the bum).

I also can't stand the slightest hint of camel toe, but there is none with these!

Docbunches · 23/01/2009 11:38

whoops, typo - my usual problem...

mcfee · 23/01/2009 11:49

So, I have problems with keeping the zip up on any kind of jeans because of the whole jelly belly thing I have going on at the moment. (no matter if I go up sizes or anything)

Reckon these would work??

Docbunches · 23/01/2009 16:43

McFee - they might work on a jelly belly (mine is not exactly like a washboard!), but I reckon at £12, they're excellent value for money and it's probably worth trying.

cmotdibbler · 23/01/2009 16:45

They do come up very big - I bought some based on this thread, and am very pleased with them. They are def flattering to the tum too

BoysAreLikeDogs · 23/01/2009 16:48

Oh FAB that you love them.

I am size 14, LaTrucha.

And only £12 too yay

I got mine through the post this morning (only ordered them Thursday after lurking here last week), and

They are amazing- I look bootyliscious!! Am going to order them in a size down too for when I lose some poundage...I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And to think, the world shall nevermore be greeted by sudden and traumatic glimpses of the crack of my butt

mrsmaidamess · 24/01/2009 10:47

BALD, you'd better not me messin' wit me.

I bought a pair of M&S jeans..ooh, at least 5 years ago and they were the bestest jeans I have ever had.

They were stretch bootcut, I have worn them to death and have hung onto them despite them being faded and frayed around the bottoms.

I have ordered some of your 'jeans' on the promise they are the 'best'

We'll see when they arrive!

Do you feel a massive weight of responsibility?

ruddynorah · 24/01/2009 11:31

take em back to store with your returns paper.

mrsmaidamess · 24/01/2009 11:33

Yes it is def. the £12 I have ordered. I like your disclaimer though!

pollywobbledoodle · 24/01/2009 11:53

2pt4kids, they are definitely for the apple shaped like me who have a big waist compared to their bum size.....

mysterymoniker · 24/01/2009 12:19

If BALD told us to stick our head in the oven, would we do it?

mysterymoniker · 24/01/2009 12:22

well I would because my electric oven blows out lovely cold air at the moment

mysterymoniker · 24/01/2009 12:23

annoyed that M&S don't like my scummy debit card though

solo · 24/01/2009 12:50

Just found this thread and I was given a £10 M&S voucher for Christmas! Guess what I'm going to go and buy?! Mind you, I quite like my ample bottom, I think girls with backsides are sexy(convincing myself of this over the years has been like having bum counselling).

Slalomsuki, just wondering if you'd washed them yet and had creasing problems?
I always wash jeans inside out and take them out of the macine immediately, turn them the right way, quickly straighten the up and hang to dry. Works for me anyway.

Anyone washed theirs yet?

PenelopePitstops · 24/01/2009 12:52

will these work on cameltoeitis which i rather suffer from
