I have got some black ones and they are horrible tbh. I don't know why I bought them. They are far too big on the waist, a touch too long and make me look like Robert Smith. I have only worn them twice and both times I felt like a reject from the eighties. But I am sure it is my fault and not the jeans'.

I will order some online but can only see options for black or dark blue.(worried)

Are these only available online?

And would they suit a size 18-20 person like me who truly have a big bum (as opposed to when I was a size 12 and I thought I had a big bum!!)?

I would say they are comfy and look smart but then I haven't washed them yet and that when I manage to get faded crease marks on all jeans and dark jean type trousers I have. They gape a bit at the back of the waist and thats quite a feat since I have a large waist

I'm about to order some - but what's the sizing like? I know M&s always used to be generous, so doesthat mean a size 14 can still get away with a 12?

I might try them since people are complaining about them being large on the waist. I have teeny hips (relatively speaking) and a big waist and I usually avoid M&S trousers and jeans because they are generally cut for the typical English pear-shape.

I got these just after xmas!!! Got compliments from 3 people (including DH ) on my new jeans!

They hold in the post-baby jelly belly a treat.

There will be a run on them now, like the waitrose baby cream.

Boysarelikedogs - can I ask what sort of size you are. I have resigned from wearing jeans because I'm overweight (size 14-16). I do mis smy jeans though.

I am far from an M+S and would need to internet order, which is why I can't try them on.

How's the sizing?

i'm a 16 and a definite apple shape....these are great. They are only in the 2 colours though. I have several pairs....easily the most comfortable and flattering that i tried on (and i tried loads!)

my only warning is that sometimes the sizing varies....they can have longer/shorter legs or waist to crotch than usual....try a few pairs on instore/order a couple of pairs

they have some cords in the same vsalue range but these are much tighter on the waist....just in case anyone is tempted

ps i hope they do have a run, then they might broaden the colour range

I think really I am a size 13 so what should I order?

I have NEVER yet found a pair of trousers that doesn't show my bum! I am a 14 waist size anything smaller is to tight and thing bigger is to big but all my trousers slip down to reveal my knickers and my bum!

Are these anygood for that?

Can I ask a question? What about the length? It says short medium and long, but how long is medium iyswim? I would normally buy 32in long jeans, would that be medium or long?

I would get long if you have a 32" leg. Medium is 30" and long is 33".

May I just say oh my GOD. I got some in store today and they are so flattering. They sit right on my waist so I'm not pulling them up every five minutes and they don't even look like mum jeans! I am seriously impressed. Thanks for the heads up BoysAreLikeDogs
