Have you chased them? I chased them, they finally dispatched then it apparently got lost in transit. Got a sorry about that and a refund.

Thinking of getting the bodyshop advent for my mum. Does anyone know if there are any discounts that work on it?

If you can it’s best to wait as there are usually good discounts as we get closer to Black Friday. There’s always a chance these things go out of stock but usually the stock is still available.

I’ve bought two of them , one for a friend and one for me . I think it’s going to be an annual purchase lol . Pleased to hear they are lovely scents , it’s always a bit of an unknown when you’ve not tried them before . The Calander is heavy and stunning .z

Actually, since the HHFC is over and above a usual BAC spend, I might do a dedicated Liberty BD-style squirrelling away of £30 per month, so that it's 'free' next autumn

I probably won't get around to it, but I know that come the next HHFC, I'll talk myself out of it because it's a big ticket one. Maybe we should have a S&B HHFC Savings Accountability Support Group?

Some pictures of my beautiful calendar! Still debating where she’s going to live… I’ve marked some as sensitive in case people who haven’t opened it yet want to keep surprises! Day 12 is incredible!

I had the bodyshop classic advent and GWP in my basket this evening. Just been sent a code by bodyshop for 15% off, to use on my basket. Stacks with the GWP. So now £55.25 instead of £65, which i think is pretty decent!

But after ordering, I have realised you can get 20% discount if you have a referral code - not sure if it works with the advent, but guessing it does. I should have checked the referral code thread first 🙈😄

I received the Shiseido BAC today. The GWP was included (the pouch is rather formidable, I’m not sure what I’d use it for really, but the hydration set looks great). 1/3 samples were included, which is okay I think. Honestly reading the customer service experiences has soured my experience, I didn’t even open the calendar to do a quick content check.

Also, I think some of that reluctance is because I’m just not that sophisticated. So many of the BACs I’ve ordered have wonderful products spanning so many categories, and then I’ve got the Shiseido. Grown up skincare. I will come round to it but I feel disloyal and negative about it!

Just walked past Harrods in London today and they still have the FAC in stock! They said they had around a dozen or so left, in case anyone is still looking 😊

That is unbelievable ! I’m not doubting you but honestly how is that possible ? They must have had returns . To be fair having sprayed them all I only really love three like two . Who knows how I’ll feel about the ( we don’t talk about Selfridge) one . I don’t sell can’t be bothered and I’ve sprayed . I’ll give away ones I’m not keen on . I don’t live that near London but I’ll say this if I could absolutely be certain that the home fragrence one was there I would do a round trip for it 😂

Sophisticated , shmitisticated ! Just treat them with disdain , like they owe you , and they do ! I do like a few that I’ve tried the serum is nice for my skin , sinks in uber fast but feels nice . And don’t feel disloyal we all have ups and downs .
