Advice - Do you think fortnums is better than getting Fenwicks with GWP? Missed out on HFAC, SFAC. No need for serums or face creams if that tips the balance.

Thanks for new thread, had a shocker of a week (teenagers!) so v quietly pleased to have sneaked in a Fenwicks order which features 2 of my obsessive-love perfumes!!

Personally the F&M doesn’t appeal at all to me, there’s lots of perfumes in Fenwick and it comes with samples and a GWP.

I think a big part of that is if you like the Thameen In The Fenwicks. It’s where a lot of the value is. I think if I was only getting one advent I would probably go for the F&M but the Fenwicks really fills the perfume gap for me.

Patiala is from Harrods, Riviere is from Selfridges, I am still holding on to hope that I will get a Selfridges Calendar. But if not I will look to buy Riviere and The Cora from Ebay or Vinted I guess. I looked at getting the Fenwick calendar but I only really want the Cora. I haven't tested them either but I really liked Patiala so It's making me want the other two.

That would be such a sensible approach but no I’ve not tried it. I have however liked the other Thameen fragrances I’ve had (2 different ones I think) so going on that I went for it. 🙈🙈🙈🙈
