Mine was supposed to be delivered by Evri between 5 and 7pm yesterday. It was shoved behind my bin at 00.20am! Who delivers parcels at gone midnight? Thankfully it wasn't raining

Cult beauty have now come back to me and are offering me £5 refund for the medik8 cream 🤬 I don't think I could even get a sample for that.

Any of you know when the J Lewis FAC will be released (I missed release last week), And any update about the Selfridges FAC?

That's terrible! I know I've had a good moan about Liberty on here but at least they sent out the faulty product straight away. I haven't bought anything from Cult Beauty since everyone had problems with them over the 40% off thing and I don't think I'll bother anytime soon. I've got £25 worth of points to use with them, I'm tempted to use that and then write them off completely.

Oh that sucks. I thought they were going to replace. I should have known better.

That's terrible! Especially since it was one of the more valuable items - not the tiny L'Occitane almond oil! Did you get it with the discount? If not you could say you'd prefer to return it for a full refund since it's not complete... Then it might nudge them into offering a better outcome?

The CB advent is still in stock. Can you not return the faulty one for a full refund because it’s not as described and reorder another? I’m sure distance selling rules would cover this.

They offered for me to do that but the exterior of my box is perfect and I've seen that so many people's have arrived bashed up. Also, other people have had other things missing. Plus I've sold a few things from it.

I've argued and argued with the manager there and eventually settled on £35.

Me too, but I asked this morning when it will be dispatched and it came back saying that the advent calendar replacement has already been requested and dispatched and will be with me shortly and I thought that sounds like ai bots still think I'm waiting on the AC being delivered. Daft thing!

Gosh that's really disappointing. No shits given by CB, clearly. I still haven't sent them a photo of an empty drawer or my best sad face. Not sure it's worth it now. Also, the voucher code they sent doesn't work. Obviously.

in BC news, Elle arrived this morning, beautifully packaged. I’ve quickly checked all drawers have something in them, tried hard not to look more closely and excited by the product sizes generally. Thankyou to whoever first mentioned this, it wouldn’t have been on my radar, I had JL last year (after the Space NK debacle where my husband thought joining the waitlist would mean he was guaranteed one 🤦‍♀️) but was a bit unimpressed, and SNK did not appeal this year.

still debating buying another of the cheaper ones with the “change” as this one was only £187, maybe Boots skincare one or M&S, and Frankenstein-ing them, or maybe just adding some Lindt balls, socks etc ( or all of it!)

Another newbie here (long-time lurker), and same! Saw it come online, put it in the basket, but got a bit overwhelmed by all the AC offerings and didn't order straight away.
