A very kind lady from the village I live in has just delivered my missing Selfridges BAC to me. DPD managed to get the door number AND the road wrong and left it dumped on her doorstep for when she got home apparently. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Oh that's a shame! Definitely complain about it. I complained about my damaged Harrods ac last year and they gave me £20. I display mine and it made me feel like it was a seconds box. I stuck a bit of tinsel on but I would've preferred a perfect box.

ChatGPT and I are trying to determine sizes in the BT calendar. The reveal card suggests that the Fragrance Du Bois is 75ml. But when you look at the photo beside the Rodial Vit C Brightening Cleanser, which is probably 135ml, I don't see how it could be 75ml. I think I will need to visit a BT when it launches to see what the sizes actually are. I'm currently arguing with ChatGPT who thinks the jo Malone is 9ml but I reckon it's 30ml. That's my favourite Jo Malone and I also love santal 33 so that would be €159 worth before anything else.

Glad it's turned up 🥰 Selfridge's cs were really bad when my item went missing so that saves you from having to deal with them.

I'm sure if you contacted the BT marketing department, they would get behind it too. Just send them a link to these threads.

That said, if you wanted to order it, I would be happy to post it on to you but it would probably add quite a bit to the cost between postage and customs.

On further inspection it's damaged all over especially when you open it, it's torn down the spine. I'm not too bothered though. Especially when they've been quite generous.

So, I’ve had an itchy scalp since the start of this year. I’m guessing ‘inflammation’. I’m post menopausal and hair thinning and blah.

Anyway, I’ve been using ‘stuff’ for the scalp, including Nizoral, but honestly, the thing that has soothed the itching most is the Christophe Robin sea salt scrub. 100%

It hasn’t cured it and I’m still a bit itchy but Jesus, the other day after a different product (plantur 39) my head was on fire. And I’ve used that for a few years.

CB arrived along with the 5 samples of debaser in bloom which I am really enjoying.
Also got Liberty Men's which is good, I quite like the lack of makeup as it's pot luck wehther it's the right colour. I don't like red or burgundy. In exchange there are some random really big socks and a pack of playing cards. I wouldn't mind the socks but they are huge. I've told Mr. Rainbows he can have them if I can't shift them on ebay.

Hmm, bit disappointed with the full reveal tbh. A lot of products with Niacinamide which my skin does not like. And the rest is a bit meh, so not sure I'll get it now.

Oh yes please 🥰 I need to find out how much it'll be. There's a company in northern Ireland that do parcel forwarding but it's hard to get a quote without the dimensions of the box. I've actually been looking at how much it'll be to come over for the first weekend in October 🤣 it is my anniversary though so I could make it a sightseeing trip.

@BadgerFace I find the CR salt scrub good for removing dye from the scalp after colouring. It also leaves my hair squeaky clean. I only use it every few weeks, but I love it.

Perfectly reasonable plan to come visit. But yeah, if you want, I will do the needful. Just checked An Post and it looks like they will charge €28 for up to 5kg.

Although also just checked the list of prohibited items and saw this so may a courier would be better.

So I suggested to my husband that we go for our anniversary Friday to Sunday and he thought it was daft that we go then when we have a week off in a few weeks. So then I explained the bac problem and he said that it was a daft reason to squeeze in a visit. But he didn't say no... 🤭

I've been looking at parcel flow, I can order to a unit in Belfast and then they ship it over to me for between £20-40. Sounds like a cheaper option then flying over there 🤣
