@ShineDespiteEverything I don't think they've said when they're launching them in store, but I don't think it'll be this weekend.

I think I'll be going for the signature edition CB calendar. I still have loads of perfume from last year's HN FAC (some still sealed and loads on the go opened) and am not overly bothered by perfumes this year. I prefer a skin focus so that's helped decide it for me!

Has anyone tried the Aveda Cherry shampoo and conditioner that's in the LF calendar. Those are really appealing to me but is it a good range?

I spent a bit of time in the Harrods home fragrance department last time I was there. They have some gorgeous and insanely expensive stuff. I'll admit I didn't realise how high end home fragrance could get.

I'm quite interested in this.

I am too. I think one of the reasons many of us can't decide is because we are old hand with BACs so difficult to impress, whereas this is very different and potentially an opportunity to try some proper high end home products that we perhaps wouldn't justify buying. If it's got a similar price to value ratio to the other Harrods calendars I will be very intersted!!

I've just looked up the prices of those brands and they are 💰💰💰

I remember getting two Dr Vranjes (I think) room sprays in the F&M calendar a few years ago and being less than thrilled when I saw them, but god they were so lovely. I was sorry when they eventually ran out.

Yes, that's my every day shampoo and conditioner. I have thick, fine hair that can get quite wild and frizzy. Aveda makes it feel really soft and manageable. I love the smell too.

Thanks. I am quite drawn to a few of the LF offerings. It's pretty good for £120 but there's a bunch of stuff I don't want too. Not sure what to do as I'd be buying CB a couple of days later. I also now like the idea of Harrods Home Fragrance so maybe I skip LF and save the pennies for that.

I think I need your help! I’ve been flip flopping between Harrods, Liberty ( enough credit to buy) and Cult non perfume one and I can’t decide. I think I’ve ruled out Liberty and will find another way of using my credit but I'm
torn between the other 2! I’ve had Liberty the past 2 years and Glossybox too last year. I’m after ideally decent sizes so I can judge the product, I had a bad bout of perioral dermatitis last year which I’m now over and I’m being careful about products I use. Chat thinks Cult ( esp as I got 2 of the Harrods products in a FTF edit), but I just can’t decide! I can’t justify botch what would you do?!

The appeal of CB for me is the serums but some of them are actives like the Paula's Choice and the Allies of Skin. Would that be an issue for you because quite a bit of the calendar worth is in those serums?

Make up - how do you feel about the shades. Harrods make up is more subtle. The Sisley lipstick is the main thing I like about that advent. CB has some fun make up but strong shades like the PT blush and red HG lippie.

CB has a lot of haircare. It's haircare I like and some good sizes so I don't mind on this occasion but often I'm put off by an abundance of hair stuff.

Hmm. CB is better than I expected and does contain some of the things on my wishlist, but they're in little sizes 🤔 I'm just not sure for the price, will mull it over. Annoying too that the K18/amika are in the special edition as I think I'd otherwise prefer the standard

I think I'll get lookfantastic - weirdly one of the main draws is the room spray as it smells beautiful! I'm a box subscriber too so only £102, and there's enough value in there in things I want to make it worth it

Oh dear. I’ve just ordered the Fortnum & Mason AC. I really should stop this post midnight scrolling and go to sleep. I’ve already ordered the Harrods AC but may go to the other end of the scale and get ASOS as I like a calendar that has a bit more make-up in it. I’m promising myself that this year I won’t open all of them each day but save one for Jadvent. We’ll see how that goes. 🙄

Im definately getting this.

I will use a lot of the products. My go to cream is moisture surge. A cream that doesnt break me out or melts my face off goes a long way.

Curious about the Medik8 cleanser. The Naturium from SpaceNK is good as well, but im at 2/3 of the bottle so will have a back up.

Shampoo, conditioner., the color wow item etc... Have a huge head of hair and very thick and long so I go through hairstuff quicker than most. Its always welcome.

The White company roomspray is a plus for me too and it has an eye cream. Even if its Avant and it bloats the price. Its a good range of products

Not sure about the Elemis product as i am still traumatized by their toner. 4 days of use absolutely wrecked my skin.

Overall good value for money. A no brainer for me

Can I ask which Elemis toner wrecked your skin? I used their Rose Marine cream for a few days last year and it really didnt agree with my skin at all, it made my face really red immediately after use and then my skin broke out quite badly. A friend had a similar problem with a different product in the rose range.

Agree that LF looks great for the price point, I will be buying it.
