Same. I want to love it, but I just don't. Looks virtually the same as last year as you say, and I'm not getting any massive wow moments from any of the products.

I've bought the Liberty and normally watching the unboxing makes me more excited for the calendar but it somehow looks worse in the video than from just reading content list.

I’m planning to open my ACs all in one go on Christmas Day! I loved it last year with a pile of potions 😂 I need to work on a system for organising the stuff so it gets used. Still haven’t used some of the stuff from last year!!

Good to get some real feedback, thanks @SaraCrewe06 I have been thinking about joining. Mainly for the advent calendar initially, but was going to carry on if it’s generally good. Are you signed up to the 12 month subscription or the rolling month one? (Just wondering which I need to do to get the discount on the calendar.)

@IDontHateRainbows and others, please DM your usernames for vinted/ebay, there’s always a few bits that I want from the BACs that I don’t buy.

I need to go through my stash again and see what I can clear out again.
For anything I sell, I tend to go for average price but with the view that I’ll take an offer - happy to do extra discount for my fellow beauty addicts. At this point I’m just trying to justify spending more on new BACs 😅

I like the look of both the LF Beauty and Fragrance ACs this year so I may cancel next year.

I signed up to the Glossybox monthly one on Friday and will keep it as long as the boxes are half decent, if they do downhill I will cancel. I plan on buying the advent which is why I signed up

Does anyone know how quickly the Glossybox advent usually sells out? I'm interested in getting it to open alongside my Liberty but really want to check the contents first and I haven't been able to find many confirmed contents.

Last year it was around for a while. But the other calenders are being seen as a bit mid/ overpriced for their offerings so who knows.

Thanks @Advententhusiast, I definitely think the cheaper calendars are starting to look more appealing to me this year. Im not hugely excited by anything other than the FACs.

I expect the Glossybox contents in the next few days as it goes on sale for subscribers on the 27th and everyone else the 28th

CB is looking highly unlikely for me as does Space NK.

I am really struggling to hold back from buying more and more - that I can’t afford!

And of you’re using tret, you probably already have some excellent moisturising and barrier protecting skincare in place. There are some really nice products in Harrods but you don’t need them. We all buy a lot on here but really that’s because it’s a hobby. We’ve only got one face and one body. And I’d hate for someone to spend money they haven’t got because of strangers on the internet.

@Nomorechocs Quite a few of us have more Medic8 C Tetra Advanced than we ought to. (Vinted GWP Fairy madness).

I love it, fairly sure we all love it too. No redness or irritation and lasts well. It’s a very good product, giving glowy, smooth skin.

But you can buy it without buying an AC.
