Help me decide which gown to wear for each event of my 5-day wedding!

I'm getting married next month, and we're having a 5-day wedding celebration. I've finalized my wedding gown for the ceremony, but I'm completely stuck on how to assign my other gowns to the different events.

The schedule is
Day 1: Guest arrivals and welcome
Day 2: Adults-only party with our friends
Day 3: Pre-wedding dinner, where I'll also be doing a special dance with my 16-year-old son
Day 4: Wedding ceremony (I'll be wearing my wedding gown)
Day 5: Farewell brunch

The three gowns in the attached photo are the ones I'm choosing between.

A bit of context
The left navy gown is brand new and was custom-made specifically for the wedding celebrations.
The middle emerald green gown feels the most glamorous and has a dramatic look.
The right black gown is classic, elegant, and a little more understated.

I'm torn about which one belongs to which event. Part of me feels like I should wear the custom-made navy gown for the pre-wedding dinner since it's a meaningful evening and I'll be sharing a dance with my son. On the other hand, the green gown also feels like it deserves one of the bigger events.

If these were your gowns, how would you assign them to Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3? I'd love to hear your reasoning too, especially if you've attended or planned a multi-day wedding.

Yes it’s your colourful dresses, but they look black to me and others.

The adverts have colour, there is colour on the Mumsnet page, just not in the dress photo.

My screen has colours. You can see colour in my photo very clearly.

I do have a case covering my screen and I'm not on an iPhone. So maybe its because of one of those things?

If @miamorr can share photos of each dress against a plain wall in good light then we will all - fingers crossed - be able to see the colours just as you can.

iPhone here, nothing covering the screen.

They’re just not very good pictures/in bad lighting. I had to scroll back up to check because the second and third both definitely look black but if you open it you can sort of faintly see that the middle one is very dark green (though almost black, to be fair).

OP if you can hang them up against a white backdrop or a door or something it would probably help people.

They are different colours but all dark

Yeah they are all black sknwear them however you feel is best.

Ok - the middle one is definitely green.
The other 2 both very dark - hard to tell which is black and which is navy.
Do you actually have the dresses to hand or are they in storage somewhere?
Editing to say I wouldn’t describe the green one as a dramatic emerald green though- it’s a dark green 😬

Emerald Green - no. Emeralds are much brighter than that. This is much more Russian diopside green. So they do say that a Russian diopside is what emerald aspires to be!
