@Hicupping that was me going on about Le Labo The Matcha a few days ago - and I’m about 2/3rds of the way through a very large EA Green Tea, which is my go-to spritz in summer when I’m wfh or before I go to the gym. I agree it’s ridiculously expensive so I’m going to check out your site now! 🙏

I think you might be on to something. They might pre- release the ACs to higher tier members first so the fragrance one will sell out before general release. Conspiracy theory alert: I wonder if that was the plan last year but the early release wasn’t targeted, word got leaked on social media and the rest is history.

TK Maxx has some Memo Paris fragrances (full size) - I notice there’s been a lot of love on here for them (I’ve not come across any that I like as yet)

Oh gosh, I thought it was just a marketing tactic to make us all get FOMO and jump on the next batch, I hope it’s not linked to the FAC 🙈

It's a bit conspiratorial but I do find it a bit strange they dropped this so close to the advent. Unless it's a test run for some sort of new security/stock management software ahead of the insanity which is the FAC release.

That's a possibility too.

Got to open a new eye cream tonight after finishing the AB Rich eye cream. I ended up really liking that one, I have got another but decided to have a change.

I've opened Caudalie Premier Cru which I think was from the SNK BAC. Seems good so far - I like the cold metal applicator, nice in this warm weather.

@OvaHere i had a sample of the Caudalie premier cru eye cream last year and really liked it - had forgotten all about it until you mentioned it. Will add to the list…

I’ve lost the post now but someone was asking about the YSL £50 voucher @Thelifeofawife maybe?
I was sent mine very quickly, when my order was dispatched. It came from YSL beauty, if that helps.

It didn’t actually work when I tried to use it and it has taken weeks of emails back and forth, evidence submitted multiple times, going round in circles.. Miraculously, they managed to sort it overnight when I said I was going to do a chargeback with my bank as I hadn’t received the promised voucher.

I’ve now been able to use it to buy another of the same set (even though it was supposed to be on a full size, it worked).
Glad it’s sorted and I love the products but I won’t be rushing to place another order with them. The CS was terrible.

@OvaHere I presumed the fragrance edit launch was to quell the mad lust for the calendar, so when people inevitably miss out they don't feel that bad.
@JoRaRaRa tbh it sounds like you did really well for freebies over all with the extra kerastase bits - and the other bag was previously for an over £100 spend so that's a bonus, it's just the mystery bag that was a total dud? Fingers crossed you make your money back via vinted.
Anyway, just back from watching the match and have realised football is as much of a rush as actually getting a Harrod's FAC! Bellingham is now my favourite brand 😂😂😂

@Addictedtobeauty It was me who was asking about the YSL voucher - thank you. I will have another trawl through my emails. Do you know if there was an expiry on the voucher? Just wondering whether it’s worth a battle with CS.
I was also thinking about buying another set, but even if I can’t, DS was eyeing up one of the YSL fragrances on our latest shopping trip (and the last one, so seems a strong giftable option)

I just checked- it was valid online only for six months from date of receipt. Mine was first sent on 22nd May, two days after my order date. I got it a couple of days before I got my order.

I didn't even watch the football but had go on an emergency run to fetch DS who couldn't get an uber and is now over emotional and puking. So I'm wide awake at 2.45. 🙄

I’m reserving all my sympathies for @OvaHere herself, instead of 18yo goes on football related night out ending in tears ! 🤣 There’s me up with my babies and thinking oh I won’t have to do this when they’re older …
