I'm dithering on the Liberty father's day edit too, as I want the eye cream for myself 😅

DH would use the rest, but wouldn't be in any way excited about any of it, he doesn't really care much. And he'd complain about yet another candle being added to the pile, that we never use 😂(he's not wrong...!).

I'll sort through my stash this eve and make sure I don't already have a retinol eye cream hiding somewhere (I've just finished an underwhelming No7 one), then decide.

I think the reason I’ve ended up with soo many is because the liberty gwp has been available for ages (I think ab 6 weeks). I love trying new things so I’ve purchased quite a few sets and multiples of the edits to try new things. My big purchases were the seeds to skin gift set and Trish mcevoy set. I’m trying the seed to skin set next which I’m quite excited about.

@Beautyfox ive spent a fair bit but did have beauty drop vouchers towards it.
I ended up ordering 2 men's edits and 2 of the mothers day ones. Ive bought a fair few ch edits do refrained from being another. We've been starved of decent edits. I did contemplate not getting as high spend for gwp but its a free gwp snd I like edits 🤣

I have purchased one of the CB hair edits (which I absolutely do not need) from Vinted

I think that was my way of treating myself because I absolutely can’t justify another big spend to get a GWP.

Whilst writing this, I’ve just realised that I have all my Harrods GWP stuff, so why I bought that edit from Vinted I don’t know 🙈😅

My Look Fantastic subscription box has arrived, it’s got some nice things! I’m quite pleased!

My candle stash never seemed to diminish until someone posted on the Christmas bargains thread about candle warmers. Game changer! No need for naked flames and no smoke: just stick the candle under the lamp put on a timer and I sweat the scent is soooo much better. House is currently smelling thought of Diptyque Roses. Got one from Amazon.

I can't use the app on my phone, there's a permanent fault. It's fine on the tablet. Though adidas have blocked access on the tablet!

Whaaat? I can't burn candles due to toddler-like DS so this sounds like a game changer!

In the spirit of sharing useful Amazon purchases, my best one has been a parcel opener - gets used every day 😆

I’m very interested. Does the wax actually go down and you are left with a wick? How long does a candle last in terms of smell? I often put my candles on top of a radiator but this sounds like a much more effective idea.

It’s gone for me too. I’m actually relived in a funny way to stop me being tempted.

Btw: Amongst all the dog and cat videos on my YouTube recommendations(???), an interesting one popped up from a Korean dermatologist. I’ve watched a couple of his videos now and they are quite interesting.

He gets quite upset by all the claims about KBeauty skincare made by foreign influencers!

I thought I would share a few things he said:

Avoid sheet masks if skin is sensitive/red and only ever use masks once or twice a week.
Serum/tonic/essence - are all practically the same thing - pick one to use, not all three one after the other!
Don’t use pimple patches unless a spot is ‘weeping’ as usage can breed bacteria.

He recommends keeping skincare simple - using only two or three products at a time, including eye care.
