Now we're in June we might be seeing the first Advent reveal before the month is out! Exciting times. 😍

I use REN eye cream at night and the Clinique roller eye serum in the morning (mostly cos it’s cooling and wakes me up a bit!)

@Fillybuster Thanks for this! It was probably the second most expensive item in my order, but as I said the other products were of similar value.
I didn’t think about the possibility of being unable to return beauty products, I will have a look into it. I hope I can, it’s a nice enough product but it feels such a waste if I’ll barely use it, when there’s another shade I could get instead

@user593 I use eye cream every day. I am less committed at night, but do go through phases of using either Murad or Elemis at night (if I’m using the same brand face cream).
For daytime I’m using whatever is in my stash (I’m currently on MZ skin), but previously I always used the Elemis during the day

@user593 I use different eye creams morning & night & have done for years. Mornings (at the moment) are Elemis pro collagen or Cerave, evenings I’m using the BoJ retinol cream (which is pretty mild and potentially fine twice a day but I don’t want to risk using it alongside the actives I use on my face in the mornings).

I've scrolled through and might go back for another look at the Fenwicks GWP.

Briefly was in Sephora today while it was empty and it was so enjoyable to browse in person. Realised I'm missing out due to all my online bargain hunting and voucher codes, wish they applied in store.

There’s a lot of hair care 40% off in the CB sale (my interest peaked with the JVN stuff) and it seems to be stacking with the hair care GWP.

I do and am relatively crows-free free at 56 so I am now obsessive about it as it clearly (to me!) works. At the moment I'm using an Eve Lom one in the morning and will move onto Skin Rocks after that. In the mornings I use the Trinny one but prob won't RP as I find it a bit thick. I also have MZ Skin one coming from my TK Maxx order but not sure yet whether that's a night or day one.

Ordered the liberty man kit with the Kat burki eye cream so looking forward to trying that. I love the vit c moisturiser so keen to try another offering.

The Liberty man kit does stack with the GWP today. However I am being good and not spending another £300 on beauty and just ordering the man kit.

Is JVC any good? I’ve never tried it but it is a good price so I’m tempted. However I can’t get it to stack with the gwp.

edited to add. I have very fine (but frizzy) hair so I can’t use things that are too heavy because it just looks like I’ve not washed my hair.

No idea - I just noticed the reviews were particularly good on the JVN products whereas the Fekkai reviews aren’t great. Hopefully someone will comes along who knows more about JVN than I do! ☺️

The GWP isn’t working for me anymore either so perhaps they figured it out!

Ive tried jvn. Was ok. Good on first use then not as wowing on further usage but that's my hair. Using oribe now but spendy and my hairs long 🤪

Totally agree @Doglover73 need a second mortgage for the oribe, my middle aged hair loves it.

I've got the JVN air dry cream in today, I got it in a GWP. It's nice, similar to many other curl creams. I have wavy hair that I can either brush/straighten or scrunch/curl and if I use the JVN it has that wet look for a couple of hours but looks good once it's dried.

I’m very tempted to buy the men’s, founders and Mother’s Day edits and get the GWP 😬 from Liberty. Four liberty bags!

That’s what’s putting me off…I’ve got so many bags at this point my bathroom is like a bag convention…I’ve given some to dd as well…

I have a friend who loves Liberty fabric and was delighted when I gave her a bag.

That was what was in my basket. It’s very tempting. I really liked everything in the Mother’s Day edit however I already have 4 of the liberty gwp’s so decided I needed a bit of restraint and only ordered the men’s. I’m such a good girl today. Let’s not talk about my cb basket.

Just popped into SNK to try the Ilia items I already have and I like both the Sunshift cream bronzer and the Soft Focus blush. Boo!

Did you spend £1200 on beauty at liberty?

I used the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dewy Flush in ‘Watermelon Flush’ FULL SIZE £22 this morning. This was one of the ones I was really interested in. It’s the only makeup im wearing today, I put it on quickly after moisturiser and regretted it as I thought it looked like inflammation and sunburn on me. But in the full light of the outdoors office, it looks like a healthy flush, not a made up look and helps me look awake and alive - yes my beauty bar is very low these days 😂

Gosh it’s sounds such a lot when you say it like that, however I did have BD credit and rewards vouchers so maybe not quite that much. 🙈 May was a very expensive birthday month! Hence the need for restraint. June has started a bit better but still not the no spend June I promised myself! 😬.

I really like the watermelon glow recipe but in the sun glow edition. Really nice summer hint rather than full fake tan look for makeup free days (most days). I always put in on after serum but before moisturiser so that I can make sure I’ve fully blended it in. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to to be before or after but I find it looks better before.
