I'd just use ebay for fragrances, not worth the effort on vinted it's all ai automated backed up with woeful CS

SummerLimes · 10/06/2026 11:28

I’ll have to set up an eBay account

Ebay lets you sell part used/tested as well which makes sense given they're alcohol based, mostly sealed and last for ages.

user593 · 10/06/2026 11:44

DP said he’d like the Medik8 sunscreen again so popped into SpaceNK but they don’t have the kits in so may need to take my chances with their warehouse.

Thelifeofawife · 10/06/2026 11:52

@SummerLimes I’ve previously had this happen to me as well, it’s very annoying. As others have said, pop them on eBay instead. Or you could list the couple that were rejected on here, someone may be interested, and will save you setting up an account just for a couple of items (but probably worth setting one up anyway)

It’s odd as one of listed a couple of weeks ago so not sure why it’s been banned now.
From the Harrods GWP Marc Antoine the impossible set.

Ex Nihilo - Lust in paradise.

I like spacenk set but mainly the bag. I do have £10 credit. It don’t think I like the items enough.

Tells me more @Bootsorflipflops the samples looks really good. A few of those I’ve tried and are good quality ones. It looks like there’s a nice mix of higher end and a few cheaper ones. When I google seasonal scents it comes up with a candle subscription service. Do you have a link? I absolutely shouldn’t look as I have more than enough perfume but I gave up being well behaved years ago.

Yes, sorry it’s the Perfume Society one
https://perfumesociety.org/product/seasonal-scent-subscription-box/

its £21 per box. You just pay once every 3 months and they send the box out, but you can cancel any time before the next one gets billed.

I’m watching the replies to this with interest. I’ve tried the clarins stretch mark cream which is well reviewed but it’s expensive and just seems to effective as normal body cream.🤷‍♀️

Thirding an interest in this too…

I wouldn't say 'lets you use' it's still officially verboten but it's easy enough to get round the algorithm with a bit of careful wording...

IDontHateRainbows · 10/06/2026 14:57

Thelifeofawife · 10/06/2026 09:18

Ooh that sounds like such a treat - enjoy 😊
I love doing things like that when I have a meeting in the city centre, but it’s usually afterwards that I get to shop/stop for coffee, and then I get stuck in the rush hour traffic going home so it takes the shine off it a bit

Well I went to Space NK and couldn't find anything I wanted for once - the grooming edit was nowhere to be seen but as my order is now showing as despatched I thought I would wait for it. I was tempted by the sunlit vanilla perfume but they didn't have any testers. And the new summer edit seemed very overpriced for £80 - I'd have paid no more than £60. So empty handed I went but I won't stay empty handed for long as my liberty holiday edit is currently in my safe place behind the back gate waiting for me when I get home.

SummerLimes · 10/06/2026 15:10

@IDontHateRainbows agree. It does seem overpriced. I’d definitely purchase at £60
We’re long overdue a 20% offer.

IlovePond · 10/06/2026 15:14

Hi, Stylevana have a sale on. Has anyone ordered from them? Are they reliable? Their TP reviews are terrible 🙀
Thanks

LightandBreezy · 10/06/2026 15:18

@IDontHateRainbows what's your verdict on the scent edit volume 1? I ordered it for instore collection then didn't pick up in time, oops!

Edited

I have used Stylevana twice. They’re slower than StyleKorean. But so far I haven’t had any real problems other than slow despatch.

But I prefer StyleKorean!

IlovePond · 10/06/2026 15:44

Thanks @TragicMuse

Volume one is really good - better than volume 2. There's a good selection and they all come in individual boxes, I somehow feel that putting them in loose as in volume two, cheapens it a little. Plus of course breakage risk.

OvaHere · 10/06/2026 22:24

Watching this earlier and Charlotte has the Emma Lewisham cream from the current Liberty edit (she must have been using it a while) in her summer favourites. I was a bit on the fence with it but looking forward to trying it now.

It's around 4 mins in for anyone interested.

Anyone else signed up for the Liberty Advent waitlist?

Beautydiva · 10/06/2026 23:51

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but did anyone get the Hearst Magazine two-box offer?
I’ve been eyeing the one with the Amouage perfume, but I’m not sure it’s worth it for just 7.5g of perfume. Curious to hear what others thought of the overall value!

I have just signed up to the waitlist as have been saving my beauty drop just in case I love it. I am thinking it will be released next month.

Beautyfox · 11/06/2026 07:54

I have @AlPaccacino I love the liberty advent and even though I’ve tried others this is still my favourite. However, because I’m not one for moderation I’m also planning on SNK and Harrods this year if the contents look good.

edited to add I liked HN last year too so will be keeping an eye on their release.

20% off selected items at Cult Beauty + £10 gift card on a £50 spend (the discounts work together). The 20% off doesn’t work off the edits but the gift card does.

Edited

I’ve just ordered and it also added a Father’s Day fragrance sample gift set which stacked with 20% off and the £10 gift voucher. No idea what’s in it as there was no photo or which products qualified but it did appear in my basket before I’d spent £50.
