To be honest I have no idea how TikTok shop works with the codes. I have been looking at it every few days so people selling on behalf of LiB come up on my feed and when looking yesterday they were offering it for £43.70

am I the only person in the world who likes elasticizer?! It’s my fave hols product to put in hair at end of day at beach and then wash it out when I get back to accommodation- my hair always feel lovely with combination of that and saltwater! In fact I wish I could replicate hols hair at home, it always feels and looks so much better.

@LoveLabradors I like elastizer too, but not in every gwp and edit. I'd like to try other products 🙂

I would like it if I was not constantly bombarded with it in every gwp - puts me off!

Yes, I don't really understand the point of asking you to book a redelivery if they're just going to ignore it! Got to track the neighbour down by a picture of their doormat and legs, as they didn't say which number they'd delivered to 🫣
I feel bad for leaving it with the neighbour all week too.

DPD do this with my deliveries all the time. I keep complaining to them and they've been a bit better recently, but it makes me nervous when I see that it's DPD who have got my order.

The worst is amazon delivery which liberty sometimes use as of your Amazon account has a different email your liberty account you can't make any changes!

Still having issues with the GWP from JL – it just doesn’t appear in my rewards.

I contacted customer service on the chat function who told me it was probably sold out but they were investigating and then they vanished… Is everyone else getting it with no’issues?

I got the JL GWP yesterday no problems. So weird it's not showing for everyone! It didn't say it was an exclusive or early access or anything.

I don't have the jl reward either, nor does my dd

I looked on tiktok and for Lib I got all these vouchers and when I clicked on them there wasn't a single box they applied to. I do like the look on the honor trinny lip thing but would prefer it not in a pot.

The new lib box is too spf heavy. 7 different spfs when I'm already stocked up is too many. Like that this one includes a childs one though.

I think Harrods & JL need to reduce their spend for GWP. I finally decided to go for Harrods but one of my items is now OOS, so thought for the lower spend I’ll get the JL (which I wanted anyway) but there’s a couple of items they don’t have so I’m not hitting their spend limit either 🙈

Messaged JL they say maybe it will show up when my rewards are refreshed on June 1 ... I think all this effort for another pot of elasticiser is too much and the minimum spend is also too much, so am going to get a life and forget it

For those that did have the JL offer: it says to add the box to your basket but that doesn’t seem to be an option. When I start check out with over £200 of beauty items it doesn’t show in my basket - did it add automatically?

@Fillybuster According to the chat, you have to wait for the box to show in your rewards and then activate it ... if it's not there you can't add it. A new round of rewards are coming on June 1 so it MIGHT appear then. It's not impressive.

Sorry I should have said: I’ve got the offer, and have selected it. But the instructions say “select reward, the add the box to basket, we will apply the discount on checkout”. There’s no actual box to add (that I can find, anyway), and it’s not showing automatically in my basket when I start checking out.
