Jeans - wtf is going on?

WTF if going on with jeans?

Why are they all messing with my lady parts? Like literally squishing and smooshing them in not a pleasant way. My poor parts feel a little bruised and chaffed.

  1. I’m not wearing small knickers
  2. sizing up or down makes no difference
  3. this is from m and s pricing upwards (via John Lewis to Me +Em)

Has the COL shortened gussets?
have my perimeno labia grown to ridiculous sizes?
is it just me?

It’s not even a camel toe as such - it’s not visible because I am sitting, it’s just that pre Covid sitting in jeans all day wasn’t uncomfortable, now it’s just not comfortable at all, I can’t wait to get the fuckers off. And this is a variety of styles and sizes.

Im going to have to spend a fortune in time and money finding the right jeans aren’t I? The only comfy ones are 10 year old 7for mankind straight legs I’ve got. I’m no longer in the 7for mankind kind of a budget 😢
but I’m you to give h and m a go.

or I’m going to lobby my MP

The ancient jeans I am wearing are also 7 for all Mankind! No crotch issues even though they are mid 2000s low rise ones.
I’ve started stretching my jeans when they come out of the washer damp, specifically in the crotch area, seems to have made a bit of a difference to two asos pairs I have. I’ve also ironed them which seems to have softened them - worth a try!

Snap. New Levis high rise wide legs. Encouraged by the shop assistant to size down because they stretch with wear. Not on that seam that goes between your legs they don’t. Wish I’d never bought the overpriced things.

They definitely sound like the same style I have!!!

Excellent advice - I shall try this or dump all jeans x

You can tuck a folded flannel down the centre of the crotch of a pair of damp jeans while wearing them, sit and let them dry like that to stretch that seam.

Just realised what it is and I’m a high rise/high waisted “gal”

What does that mean? And why are you describing yourself as “gal”?

You clearly have an enlarged mons pubis. There is nothing wrong with jeans as there are so many different jeans out there.

  1. referring to an earlier poster who commented
  2. gal - really? It’s been around for several centuries…. Google is your friend here
  3. as the Mons Pubis decreases with peri/menopause and after several decades of wearing jeans prior to menopause when my mp may well have been “enlarged” yet strangely my jeans all fitted well and comfortably - this is unlikely to be the case

but OK
