I’ve got a favourite light jacket that I’ve had for over 10 years, and it finally looks like it’s seen better days. It’s a sort of long khaki linen shacket from Fatface with a ruched waist and folded up sleeves. I’ve accepted it’s finally time to replace it.
I ordered a quilted bomber jacket from M&S (can’t seem to work out how to link) but it just looked hopeless on me. I’m tall with a wide-ish frame but no waist, and it just made me look like a sort of boxy tellytubby!
So, please help me find something flattering for spring/summer. I think it needs to either be quite cropped, or longer, to thigh length - in the middle doesn’t seem to work. A neutral colour ideally but not too pale as I have young kids, a dog and a tendency to drop things down myself.
I’m a size 12, absolutely no boobs (yet still somehow wider on my top half). Budget ideally under/around £100. Thank you!
