I just want knee length denim shorts. Which appear to no longer exist! Instead it’s Jorts.

I think they are culottes basically.

I know what jorts are, my teenage son has educated me (and coerced me into buying him several pairs).

I got some from m&s a few years ago, love them. Mine don't have a turn up though, just fitted.

Agree and better than shorts (if that’s what they’re called) that show off a person’s bum cheeks.

They certainly weren't called jorts when I bought them, and I'm now going to try to forget that they now are before it gets warm enough to wear them again.

I hadn't heard of jorts but some shops are selling SKORTS

They're new to me but they're a fashion now. Not just gym wear.

Oh dear ! They were a great idea for PE, better than the horrible games skirts we used to have, with separate games knickers, which were basically the bottom half of a leotard.

Primark have SKORTS in lots of nice colours and patterns. Not for me. I've had too many birthdays 😁

Was channelling Will Ferrell today in my jorts (from Zara), and feeling very fancy.
Resisted doing the dance, though.

This is the second year they have been in the shops. Last year they were for teens mainly. This year they have expanded to women's wear.

They look very cool on slim teens. I don't think they'll be flattering on a small, overweight woman (me) though.
