Time for a new thread, our first in a MN Community Group. We've chatted and purchased beauty bargains so much we've become a literal tribe! 😂

In other news PLouise was out of the gate with ridiculous speed announcing the first advent calendar waitlist in April.

In celebration I thought I'd try out a poll. It runs for 7 days, there was only 6 options so comment in the thread for those that come under 'Other'.

Agree with you about the primer, which is a shame as the No7 pro artist primer is excellent- I don’t get it!

I think the AB cream is the Rich Cream - same dimensions as the sad empty bottle on my shelf...

Yesterday I wanted to check out new Sephora in Bristol but saw a mile long queue and DJ playing, so swerved hard and went on to lookfantastic store. Grabbed their 6 for £15 DIY beauty box , consisting ouai hair oil mini,30 ml elemis cleansing mousse,color wow dry shampoo and hair treatment,sol de jeneiro 87 mist and huge 20 colour Iconic london eyeshadow palette. Also went to new Uniqlo store,best thing to happen to Bristol in my opinion 😀

I think the Vit C is the Rodial, all the mystery products so far have come from the Festival Sparkle edit and that is the Vit C that was in it

The 15ml Rich Cream was in the xmas edit along with the MZ Serum. I'm using it at the min. I'm fairly sure that's what it is.

Tried to do some organising of perfume minis whilst looking for the 10ml of Valaya I thought I had. Eventually remembered I sold it. Doh!

I have way too many 2-10ml perfumes from freebies and edits. I don't have anything I don't like but I maybe should be ruthless and try to pass on those that are just nice. I'm quite good at not keeping any that are an instant no - it's the middle of the road stuff that creates clutter.

JL new rewards arrived yesterday. Anyone else got the Chanel one? The reward is a foundation shade match at the counter and and a 10 day trial sample.

I'll be able to get to a JL later in the month but if anyone ends up using it before then please post about what you get. Not sure if the 10 day sample is a mini product or just a pot with decanted foundation.

My LF subscription has arrived. Pleased with most of it…

I don’t have any JL beauty rewards other than competitions. But I very rarely look at them for beauty so that’s probably why. OTOH, they could try and tempt me…

I've got £10 off £100 spend on fashion at JL.

They've got 20% off beauty and a Clarins GWP at the minute so I've bought foundation and a brush to apply it. £31 for a brush!! The consultant put some blusher on me as well which was really nice but I know I'd not wear it.

My JL perk is £5 off a £130 spend. Whoopy-doo. I never get tempting offers

I would have preferred another £10 off beauty but I won't grumble seeing as it's only the last 2 months they've started giving me anything beauty related.

It looked quite a good box this month. I was almost tempted to go back.

I've been trying to tackle my beauty recycling this morning. Since CB shut down their rewards scheme it's built up and I have 3 not insignificant sized boxes full of empties I've been ignoring.

I've been through it and separated all the glass stuff and put that in glass recycling. Also sorted all the large sized plastic items as priority and I'm determined to finally start using the Boots app next week. I buy something from Boots most office days so it's ridiculous I've just not got my arse into gear yet.

Another with this and competitions etc.
Clearly doesn’t help I have a basket waiting to check out when the gwp drops 😂

I think the face the future mystery bundle in the ab the rich cream and rodial vit c drops. I bought it earlier. I was tempted to buy 2 but I already have a 30ml and 15ml of ab rich cream waiting for me for autumn 🙂

@Willow742 I've not yet bought the LF edit, I'm away at the moment so I didn't want it sat on the doorstep.

I went to the pdm shop at covent gardens today, the new one is nice but is not a must have for me. Probably a good thing as I went mad in April and just bought everything I wanted 🙈

My Cult Beauty Linited Edition 2025 Advent calendar actually arrived! The corner of the box is ripped off at the back so I wonder if it’s stock that was returned or never sent. It came with a glossy booklet with photos of the items and the number box they’re in, which is perfect as I’m not actually using it as an AC. It’s really nice, and not so ugly in real life. So far I’ve used the Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar. I love the little pink shimmery bottle, I have two under 5 girls and they’ll love having it in their little magpie collection once it’s empty. I like the scent, it’s pleasant and interesting without being synthetic or sickly. My daughter said “I can smell lollipops!”. I guess it’s a bit like a chupa chup.

I love the RMS lip oil, it’s glossy and moisturising without being sticky. The Lucia colour is a great day colour so don’t feel over done.

my skin has been suffering since I’ve started applying more sunscreen, I don’t know if it’s the BOJ sunscreen congesting or if the Dermalogica ultra calming cleanser isn’t washing it off properly. Didn’t get this with the Dermalogica special cleansing gel and SUQQU spf 50. So last night I did an exfoliate peel, True Botanicals At-Home Facialist Peel, and my skin is super soft. Will wait another week and exfoliate again and do some hydrating masks and then I can’t wait to use the blushers.

@BakeOffRewatch that's great. I wasn't sure if you'd get it or not. You deserve some kind of rosette for longest coveted BAC and still managing to get it. 😄

@JoRaRaRa could you review the rodial vit.C drops please? Or anyone else?
