Time for a new thread, our first in a MN Community Group. We've chatted and purchased beauty bargains so much we've become a literal tribe! 😂

In other news PLouise was out of the gate with ridiculous speed announcing the first advent calendar waitlist in April.

In celebration I thought I'd try out a poll. It runs for 7 days, there was only 6 options so comment in the thread for those that come under 'Other'.

I had to come and share my amusement at this! I was looking through the Harrods new in beauty section and these ear products come up 🤣🙈 I will not be impressed if these are included in the beauty gwp hahaha!!

I received my Zoeva eyeliners today, they are so smooth and the colours are lovely!
I did a quick tester but the lighting wasn’t the best so will try again in the morning

I have frequently paid full price (around £12) for Korres shower gel - that box is great value! But but but….ive bought the m&s and the CB edit this week, and my SK box is still unopened. And im still eyeing up the JL box. Sigh. We all know where this ends, don’t we?

@Insuffishcakes I love the idea of opening an advent door per week! I think I’d be more inclined to use the products sooner if I have a week in between to test things out

It was Miss Boux’s checking the dates of the stuff in her Next mystery boxes a couple of weeks ago that triggered my big clear out of products.

I am sure these new boxes are fine as they are all the same products in each, but I would be interested to know as they look good value and I quite fancy one.

I really like the Fwee pot, although I think the colour - Without - might be a bit too light for me when I have a tan (which I do now). The standout is the applicator though, really smooth and so good not having to stick my finger in the pot (I have long nails).

Been lurking compulsively on these threads and apologies if this has been discussed… Did anyone manage to bag the Andrew Wheatcroft Regimes beauty box? It looked incredible value at £50. As soon as I saw it on Insta I went to buy but it had obvs sold out. Call me cynical but I suspect there was a very limited release otherwise it would have bankrupted them.

I had a look but the few things I’d have gone for were OOS in my size.
I wasn’t planning to buy much in the way of clothes until I’ve finished my weight loss anyway so probably a good thing.

Because I am such a sheep, I went onto the Gap site, but only L/XL sizes left. I was tempted by the black midi dress, but the racer back would be no use to me and I was horrified by the prospect of the L/XL actually fitting me 😹

I have given myself a stiff talking to and walked away!

@Thelifeofawife It definitely helps me to keep on top of things. I usually open it on Friday after finishing work and try to use it over the weekend in a pamper session/new makeup look. Occasionally when it's something I really won't use I pop it in my bag to put in the hygiene bank at Boots, at least that way I get to feel good about it anyway, and can justify buying more!

Tk Maxx is always great for Korres shower gel and body lotion. Usually at £3.99. Occasionally they have a duo pack of shower/body lotion for £7.99. I love vanilla cinnamon in the winter and anything guava or coconut for summer. The body lotions are fab.
