Jacket for summer dresses

Booked short break in Spain next week. Warm enough for dresses but want to take a jacket for evenings. Im 65 and have the usual blue denim one but get impression a bit dated. Any suggestions ? Would a cardigan be better?

my jackets of choice include a really good quality black blazer, a jersey blazer (the Whistles one linked earlier - I have it in 2 colours), a Chanel-esque collarless knitted jacket (I’ve got a really old Zara one, and a newer one from Uniqlo), and a crazy printed silky kimono type jacket that I bought in Italy.
