Is there a ballerina trainer or sneakerina that doesn't give Hotter shoes vibes?

I like comfortable shoes and have loved the trainer trend in recent years but I think that's blowing over. I hear ballerina trainers or sneakerinas (hideous word) are the next big thing. They all seem to scream hotter shoes catalogue to me though! Has anyone seen any that won't make this mid 50s woman look like she's raided her mum's wardrobe?

Or suggest other non granny shoes that stay on your feet for commuting across London please?

They are perfect for me because I love flat shoes that stay on your feet but have a comfortable thin sole. Thankfully I just buy clothes and shoes I like, I'm blissfully oblivious to what anyone else considers dated.

I need a thicker, more supportive sole these days with my flat feet. Ballerina flats gave me plantar fasciitis last time they were ubiquitous, and they can get lost.

I have been looking for these all my life (I just wish they were a bit cheaper)!

The leopard Speedcats came today, they are a thing of beauty.

I had a pair years ago before they were popular, and wore them to death. They were easy to slip on.
