Hi @keepincool - thanks for the info - it’s the same message as mine. TBH, better for my wallet if they DID cancel, (provided I got a refund 😹)

I’m debating between:

Either: Getting the Boots x Stackers deal and using most of the no7 stuff, (albeit without much enthusiasm), because the Stackers box itself costs £55 - so the Boots stuff that comes with is ‘free’. The cheapest I have got my basket to in order to get the deal is £82.

I do like the eye serum that’s part of the above package and would buy another one, plus masks, to get to the qualifying spend.

Or: Buying the cheaper Vlando storage option from Amazon, which would be ‘free’ as I have some genuine gift credit, (as in, it was gifted to me).

Or: Buying the Stackers from Amazon and putting some money towards it.

Or: Not bothering and just focusing on using up the stash!

I like the Stackers box better, but the Vlando is the better value.

If I ordered the Stackers box from Amazon, I could get the grey version, which would match my bedroom. The Boots one is pink and the Vlando comes in grey, but for some reason has gold hardware, (which seems weird).

Thoughts?

Is this a new Liberty kit or just one I've missed?

Well I'm no help @IlovePond but thank you for introducing me to the vlando! I've wanted Stackers (not with no7) for ages but every time I add to basket I balk at the cost. This looks like an excellent alternative for me.

I did consider the no7 a while ago purely for the stackers, but I really don't get on with no7 so decided against it. I was really hoping I'd find a Stackers bargain on Vinted, but annoyingly they seem to keep their value.

Although, since I last looked my stash has grown so much I wouldn't fit very much in either of the options any more 😆

Thanks @namechange0998776554799000 I think the No7 offer is excellent if you like the products - in effect they are free - and the same applies if you were going to buy the Stackers anyway.

However, the Vlando seems very similar, (if not quite as good), and - for me - I could use my gift card credit. I could also get the two drawer rather than the one drawer option, which would increase storage.

I really love a bargain and there’s no doubt the Boots offer is a bargain, especially with the 3-4-2 and NO7SAVE10 code. BUT: I have too much stuff already, and, except for the eye serum, can’t drum up much enthusiasm for the no7 products.

I wish I could see the Stackers and the Vlando irl to compare!

Looking for some advice please. DD18 asked me to take her fragrance shopping for her birthday, to get her first “proper” perfume (she’s worn various issues of Ghost and a collection of body sprays until now).

We had a lovely 1.5 hours in John Lewis this evening and Givenchy Irresistible looks like the favourite - although she was looking for something a bit cheaper that she could wear every day & afford to replace for herself!

So….MN hive mind beauty mavens: where should I buy it? Initial search shows The Perfume Shop has a good offer (50ml + 12.5ml spray) for £55, but I haven’t bought from them before - anyone have any experience? And if not there, then where?

@Fillybuster Can’t help with the cheapest place to buy but your daughter might like to know that Captivatingly Paris from Zara is generally regarded as a pretty decent dupe for Irresistible. She could afford to wear that day to day and save the real deal perfume for the bigger occasions.

What is the consensus on Rhode here? I am tempted by the Tan Line blush and Salty Tan lip gloss. I love my Merit Flush Balms and Summer Fridays lip glosses though so it’s not a need but rather curiosity getting the better of me!

I really like Rhode! Haven’t tried those particular shades, or Merit/Summer Fridays to be able to offer a comparison, but the Rhode blushes, glosses and lip liners are all in my regular rotation 😊.

I've heard good things about the Rhodes blushes, I wouldn't mind trying 1 or 2 too.

I found a bright pink unused Lancome blush today, I think it's from the Jan sales last year, I'm sure I bought a little makeup set. Anyway, I'm hoping that's taken away my desire to buy the ysl fuchsia fizz, well for now anyway 💁🏻‍♀️

I have tan line. I like it more than the Merit blushes as I think it lasts longer. It's a really nice shade. Only thing I don't love is the packaging - it's a lot of unnecessary plastic that feels slightly cheap to me.

The tan line shade I think is lovely so I would recommend on that basis but I also think they're a bit overpriced. You could say that about most of these brands though.

I also have a lip gloss but not tried it yet as I'm still using up others.

@OvaHere Thank you! Do you find it foolproof or is it easy to overdo? That’s one of the reasons I love the Merit so much, it’s pretty much foolproof!
