If anyone is thinking of an LED mask this one is reduced to £70 on LF. I've had it for a year still going strong and has good data, wave lengths, irradiance etc, there's plenty of rubbish out there. https://www.lookfantastic.com/p/stylpro-wavelength-led-face-mask/15387145/ I use the 2 red programmes, not the one's with blue. I usually pop it on for 10 before I get up but last 2 weeks that's been sparse and I can tell the difference. Definitely helps with redness, I found the 633 wavelength programme more effective than the 850 infra red one for redness.

Just a warning on ordering from Next, I ordered stuff for the kids and it never arrived at store, they’ve cancelled it and refunded me saying “we note you don’t want to reorder”, I only asked them where it was. And just received a notification the beauty box has been collected - I definitely haven’t! Hope their customer service will refund me, I don’t know how they could have had it collected, maybe someone typed the wrong number and they didn’t check ID.

I have only ordered c&c from Next once and it was an absolute free for all- complete chaos. I wasn’t asked for ID when I finally got my parcel; they were just shouting out people’s names and waving items around. I’m sure other branches handle things better, though.

I hope you get a refund on your box if it doesn’t reappear.

@BakeOffRewatch that's annoying, I hope it get's sorted easily. There's another thread on here somewhere about how the pleasure is being sucked out of online shopping because of the endless problems that seem to occur and then take time to fix, because customer service is now so poor. I was reading it nodding along. On the the plus side it's making me rethink purchases a bit because I cba with the hassle. Am currently avoiding Space NK and Cult Beauty as a result, which my bank balance will be happy about at least!

💯 % @LightandBreezy , I don’t really order during December, but kids have growth spurts and the beauty box has the cleanser I need. I haven’t heard from customer service yet, I’m not optimistic. I guess the reason they can offer great bargains on products is that they cut back on other posts of the business.

That is annoying @BakeOffRewatch . I must admit I do a lot of C&C from Next, despite having the delivery pass, as I go past my local one on my office days. I've rarely had a problem, although I've avoided the December rush.

With the BB saying collected, this might be because your clothing order was cancelled. I think I've had notes like that before when part of an order has been refunded and part hasn't been collected - it said something had been collected when it hadn't. It was all sorted out in the end.

Hope they sort it out for you quickly.

ETA - i would either phone CS or maybe go into the store if you've had a message that your parcel is ready to collect. The staff are usually more helpful if you can talk to them in person. I reckon your BB may be on a storeroom shelf waiting for you.

@keepincool thanks. Two separate orders, I think the kids stuff was delayed and cancelled due to stock incorrect online e.g. one left. The beauty box I think they made an error, our local one depends on who serving how controlled it is. Some of the people give the impression that people coming to click and collect are the greatest annoyance. I’d have to drive to get there so I’m going to wait to hear from CS. I really don’t like spending my time chasing. Especially at this time of year when so much going on.

Re: fantasy shopping @BakeOffRewatch - I really don't know as I do have a tendency to spoil myself! I think maybe a load of Diptyque candles and some diamond earrings for me.

@BakeOffRewatch Currently on a train to London for the weekend and am headed for John Lewis later today. I live in a tiny village, so this is a treat. I hope next year is a better one for you.

I second this- absolutely worth the trip and the best in London this year by a country mile. Fortnum and Masons are worth a look too.

Not found anything that works other than the 15% off for beauty box subscribers (that adds automatically). However, if you can wait and it's not a big deal if it sells out in the meantime, I think this will get reduced in a week or two.
