As someone who always looks like they’ve been punched in the face I try not to take the eye masks personally. I love them.

HumBumBum · 09/12/2025 16:10

I’ll swap perfumes @Ilikeyoursleevesif you want to DM details? I definitely prefer the Vyrao one as it lasts on me!

Ilikeyoursleeves · 09/12/2025 16:25

@HumBumBum excellent! Shall we wait for the end of the calendar just in case we might want to swap anything else too? I’m in no rush but that’s great we will end up getting a spare perfume of one we personally prefer

Buster27 · 09/12/2025 17:04

Ooh I assumed this was just one eye mask (with excessive packaging) and chucked it in the cupboard this morning to save for a Christmas party.. pleased to read it's actually a 4 pack!

HumBumBum · 09/12/2025 17:28

Ok @Ilikeyoursleeves let’s confer!

I stupidly tried the lipstick today, I knew it wouldn’t be for me!

Eye masks are also not my thing but it did prompt me to get the last ones I got out of the fridge and try them this morning.

H3lloMums · 09/12/2025 17:48

i succumbed to peer pressure- just say yes to using the masks! After dropping one on the floor and then trying to figure out which was the right way for the honeycomb to be I have noticed a moderate before / after improvement! Not sure I would justify the cost normally but does feel nice and refreshed now - happy it was a multipack

IlovePond · 09/12/2025 19:39

Evening all!

Just to let you know that I have had no response from Liberty to my subsequent email or to my chase up one today. I am very unimpressed by the whole thing😿😿 If they’d just said sorry that happened, here’s £10 credit, I’d have forgotten about it by now. As it is, I am very annoyed!

I am quite looking forward to trying the eye masks. I am saving the MZ moisturiser until I reach the MZ eye cream which is somewhere in my DIY calendar.

I tried the eye mask tonight and it’s a win for me. Also used the serum and moisturiser so I’m feeling very pampered!

Winterymix · 09/12/2025 22:16

If anyone else loves the Bibbi and would swap it for Zephirine (or something else) would be happy to! I love the base notes but just can't get on with violets.

Sunshineo · 10/12/2025 07:16

Love today’s. I’m already a Sisley fan and use this plus the express face mask but more is always welcome!

2025istheyeari · 10/12/2025 07:19

I don’t tend to use toners as find them drying and too astringent but looking at the notes on this it’s for dry skin so I will definitely try! Ive never used any Sisley products so excited about this. Do you use it morning and evening @Sunshineo?

TreesinthePark · 10/12/2025 07:23

Very happy with today! This was one of the products that made me want this advent. I've only had the mini tubes of Sisley face mask before and looking forward to trying more products.

Ilikeyoursleeves · 10/12/2025 07:28

I’ve never used a toner before! At what part of the skin routine is it for? It always seems to be an extra step for me which I have no idea if I need or not! I’ve had Sisley sleeping mask lotions before from AC’s, they were brilliant. It’s a v expensive range, this toner is £36 for 100ml. The 250ml bottle on liberty is £92!!!

Also, I tried the shampoo this morning… anyone else think it’s smells like curry?!!!!

I really like the Bibbi and haven’t enjoyed either of the other perfumes- if you haven’t had any other takers I’d be happy to swap for Zepherine

Toning is the step after cleansing and before treating the skin (vit a/c/serums etc) and then moisturising is the step after (followed by SPF if it’s your AM routine )

Sunshineo · 10/12/2025 07:45

@2025istheyeari I use it morning and evening. It’s not drying as it contains no alcohol (I think).

@Ilikeyoursleeves use it after cleansing but before serums or moisturiser.

redluckycat · 10/12/2025 07:45

I’m very happy with today - it’s a great brand!

I use toner after cleansing milk. I don’t use it after using face wash, and whether I use face wash or cleansing milk depends on how my skin is feeling that night (mornings I use face wash or micellar water).

Saying that, I’ve found the calendar cleanser quite drying so I will use this afterwards.

The only toner I’ve ever found drying/ astringent was the Clinique 3 step one that ruined my skin temporarily in my 20s! Since then I’ve only used hydrating ones - I tried liquid gold and pixi glow too but they just don’t work for my skin (although they’re more treatment ones).

It does a bit! Maybe tumeric?

UntamedShrew · 10/12/2025 07:56

Love this brand, have lots of their products but would never use a toner. Am wondering if I use it as a mist, if I decant it into a spray bottle..? Or do I just start using toner and cotton wool again like I did when I was 22 and a Clarins faithful?

Sunshineo · 10/12/2025 08:14

@UntamedShrew I just use my fingers because I am lazy and feel like I would waste product on a cotton pad.

Not curry exactly but I found it very unpleasant.

Good idea - will do that.

AndeanFlamingo · 10/12/2025 08:28

I put toner on a reusable make-up removing pad then wipe it all over my face and neck. It's supposed to remove the last bits of make-up/face wash so using fingers or spraying it on wouldn't do the job. I do spray it on if I want extra hydration before applying serum/moisturiser/face oil.
